My only complaint was the windows throughout the complex are being replaced and all the old ones were being stacked right outside my terrace and the workmen came all day every day from Wednesday to Friday evening. Of course maintenance has to be ongoing but it felt a little awkward as a solo traveler when I sat outside

Parking was a joke,hotel at the top of a cliff, the parking most days was at the bottom of the cliff the walk back to the hotel was 15 mins uphill. Restaurant was pricey for very average food

What a great place! We had a wonderful stay in our apartment at Cala Blanca. Our view was astonishing as we looked over the mountain, water park, beach, sea and even the harbor of Mogan was in sight. The apartment was spacious and clean and all required facilities were present. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool very much, which was only one step away. Only thing we had to get used to, was the salty water of both the swimming pool as the waterpark below. We were given the opportunity to hire a parking place next to the building for a week, which was great for our rented car. Food in the restaurant nothing special, but ok. We visited Mogan (idyllic little town), Maspalomas (great boulevard with fantastic restaurants), Playa des Ingles (nice shopping and sightseeing tourists) and Puerto Rico (the dolphin tour was impressive). The service was outstanding at Cala Blanca, bags were brought to the apartment, kids were helped very friendly even our kids hardly speak English. We did lose our key of the parking lot, even though we wanted to compensate for a spare key, they refused. After we checked out the apartment during our department day, we could stay at the pool and use the bathroom of the gym before heading to the airport, with fresh towels included! Special thanks to Katarzyna, she was very nice and helpful during our stay! We definitely recommend this place!

Not the hotels fault at all but the parking is an issue, we tried to reserve hotel parking but this is obviously in short supply. In the peak months, it could be worth having a shuttle from the car park at the bottom to the hotel (shared with the other hotels there) but this obviously might not be feasible!

Love the room, don't think there is a room there with a bad view! All the staff were happy and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and a brilliant balcony. Cleaning didn't happen every day but I prefer this! The pool was nice and refreshing. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times, good portions with good prices.

The bar shut at 22.00 hours but don’t know if it stays open longer in peak season. The climb to the hotel was awful to walk especially in the heat Only one way in and out to the hotel no shortcut (it’s in middle of mountains)Taxis were available but if you like walking takes the pleasure away from it

The prices at the bar are a lot higher.

Everything about the place. I have been going there every year since 2010. With the exception of 2020, 2021 and 2022, due to the pandemic. Back to normal now though. I meet up with the same crowd of friends every year.

Lovely staff, beautiful views, fully furnished apartment with literally everything you can think off even dishwasher tablets was included. amazing big comfortable bed. Massive balcony. The parking is a bit of a problem but plenty of spaces at the bottom of the hill. Pool is a bit small but it was not crowded so it’s worked just fine. Barraquito at the bar was amazing

It is a hilly position so car hire is probably advisable but they do offer regular buses for the market etc.

Lovely accommodation, regulat change of towels and bed linen made it really relaxing.

Limited free parking but you can pay 5€ a day to reserve a space.

Lovely room over 2 levels and well equipped.Extra large balcony with fantastic views of the bay.Staff were great.Nice pool and bar.Will definitely return.

There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like everyone and everything was fantastic

The staff at CCB go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic stay. The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen has everything in it for a self catering holiday and everything is spotlessly clean. Everyone is so friendly Taurito is a really nice place with shops bars restaurants. The pool is great and clean.round the pool area is really spacious with loads of comfy Sun loungers. There is a life guard on too at all times when pool is opened. We had the best stay and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Gran Canaria.

Everything was Exceptional

We had a really great time beds are really comfy. The staff are exceptional. So friendly and made our holiday special. rooms are brilliant plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Balcony has loads of space. We are all booked up 3 times for this year and 2 times beginning next year. Cecile Cristobal Laura Katarzyna Ignasio and Arrianna and Matias and all of the cleaning and maintenance staff are brilliant. Can’t wait to go back later this year.
