Everything in the room above the eye level was covered with thick layer of dust. Even though I informed the personal, no actions were taken to clean the dust. As an allergic I was highly dissatisfied by such attitude. The room door is really sound transparent, so you can hear every step in the corridor. Luckily for us all guests were quiet. A lot of cigarets in the pots on terrace. Disgusting. We were with big bags so we used a storage room, but it is a laundry room also, so it was quite uncomfortable to leave there the luggage.

Cozy bed, silent patio in the garden, location is good. Option to leave the luggage so we could enjoy our trip without bags. Easy check in, and they have an elevator.

Firstly, when we arrived at the hotel, it was already not properly arranged. I have already checked in, but I have not received any instructions by email. It was also nowhere to be found on the website. We stood in front of a closed door. Luckily there were other residents of the hotel. They saw us and immediately knew that we were also having difficulty with it. They were less lucky upon arrival and did not encounter any other residents of the hotel. As a result, they waited outside for 3 hours without any idea. Without the help of others we would be the same and waiting outside for hours because the phone number was not available. I indicated that we would arrive around 1:00 am. This has also been approved, but I find it irresponsible to then put us there without any instructions or accessibility. Fortunately, after refreshing a few times and checking in again 4 times, we received our instructions. Without the help of the fellow residents, we would never have been able to get in so quickly and would just have to stand outside in the evening, just like them. How can they say it is “expedited check-in and check-out” when it is arranged that way? When we entered, we saw that the door handle was half broken off. And the door is very old. You can simply look inside the door from the outside through a large slot, because the door cannot close together. VERY CLEAR. Even if you lock it, you can still see inside the entire bottom of the door. I felt very unsafe. The door is also broken and old. I could just look out through a closed door and outside can see in. Never experienced anything like this before. Furthermore, the bathroom is super dirty. There are stains and white thick spots all over the wall that I don't know what they are (I think it's just mold). The shower is very dirty and has black spots. The sink had not been cleaned at all and also the handles are not cleaned.

I never even went to the accommodation since the owner never responded to my concern with the online check in. I tried completing the online check in which was quote on quote required, but a booking number was never given to me and when I asked the owner he said to just not put in a number, but the booking confirmation number was still needed. I asked him to provide the confirmation number with me multiple times and he did not respond. I didn’t want to show up the accommodation without the check in since it said that there will be no one there, so the online checkin is required in order to get the pin to enter. Tried explaining this to Booking and they kept saying that the online checkin is not required. Different info being provided by Booking and the owner. Overall pretty awful experience.

They took our money and then wouldn’t get me a cot there was 4 of us and there was three beds they didn’t accommodate we ended up staying some where else and the cheek of them tried to bill me for keys after they had already ripped us off £176 Avoid like the plague !!!

Upon booking the accommodation we were given the detailed instructions on how we can leave our bags from 09:00, before the official check in time (which is from 14:00). We were really pleased with this, since we wanted to go for sightseeing Barcelona without our bags. But upon the arrival nothing was as we expected. The number that we were supposed to call in order to unlock the building door wasn’t available, and the room code that was suppose to let us in the apartment was incorrect. When we finally managed to enter the apartment, the host that let us in said he would leave our bags in the check in/out rooms, but when we got back they were not moved, but stayed in the hallway the whole time. Besides this, the room was okay except for that we didn’t get any toilet paper in out bathroom.

Literally everything, location wasn’t that good 20 mins walking far away from the center, and when we booked it was 4 stars but we wrnt their it is 3 star and wasn’t any properties from the reservation that it was an apartment not an hotel and it was not clean and the bed is dirty. Also the policy of booking that when we stayed for one night the rest of the nights the money is refund, but the honor of the apartment wasn’t following the policy and he didn’t return our money. Sorry to say that but it was the worst experience ever and I wouldn’t even recommend someone to stay in this apartment ever.

The room with the balcony is very small, there is hardly any space to move around. The floor tiles in the bathroom are all broken, there is still tape from painting everywhere and there was no hot water in the morning. The towels were not changed during a stay of three days. When you looked closely, you could see that they didn't clean properly. The other guests were very loud in the morning, the walls are very thin. The price-performance ratio is not right at all in my opinion.

Where do I start? The online photos are VERY misleading. it is marketed as a bed and breakfast. There is NO breakfast. The room is in disrepair, the bedding is dirty, the arm chair is filthy and disgusting, the shower drains terribly slow and if you take a shower for longer than 2 1/2 minutes, the basin fills and runs out onto the floor. The toilet seat is broken and the shared kitchen is by far the most basic and non-functional we have ever used. The street is very noisy and the room is located right next to 5 trash and recycle bins that are emptied very noisy by large trucks during the night. It is a terrible facility!! Do yourself a favor and book another room or home.

Here is my story about this B&B. We arrived after a long train journey, first it was kind of fun having to go through a puzzle about how to enter the building, but this changed quickly. What do you do after a long journey and you come into your hotel room you jump on the bed and relax for a bit? This relaxing for a bit changed quite quickly when I was laying down for a minute and realized that the room was smelling strange. We opened the windows because to let it vent for some time. But the longer we looked round in the room to dirtier it got. After opening the windows, I walked back to the bed and saw some dirty stains on the bed sheets. I don't know what kind of stains it was, but it looked like they didn't but clean new sheets on after the previous couple left. My girlfriend wanted to get ready to enjoy a nice dinner in Barcelona but when we looked in the bathroom, we were shocked about how dirty it was. The shower cabin was covered in mold, this kind of mold you only get when you don't do a thorough cleaning of the shower. When we looked at the walls it was also dirty still stains on there of the previous visitors. When we looked up it was even worse there was this big mold/ fungus thing growing there and that was the thing that was causing the strange smell (which is not healthy). Back in the room we also saw that cable tray was coming down from the ceiling and almost falling on the TV. When I called the manager about the problems, we had to wait about half an hour before he was there. He arrived and straight away gave us a bottle of old cava. I showed him all the dirty spots we found and the stains on the bed. He started making pictures of it on his phone. His solution was some new bed sheets and he said that the mold and everything else was normal (which is not it is bad for your health). I wanted (another) clean room without mold or my money back. He said that I had to arrange it with booking.com because I booked it with them.
