The location is most important - the very center of the city! The rooms are convenient and clean, each has a bathroom. I liked that in the kitchen each room had a separate fridge. Friendly and cooperative staff - thank you!

The property is old, which came with some challenges. All the keys and different locks were confusing at first until we got the hang of it, and the doors were warping so a hard to close. Me and my siblings were only there to shower and sleep, we spend the day and night time exploring so we didnt mind as much, but I dont think our room is great for a group wanting a place to lounge and relax. There was very little room to move around, only one person can move past the foot of the beds at once.

The location was great. It was close to some of the metro lines we were frequently using, and within walking distance to the Aerobus. Also walking distance to some popular attractions. The property was very quiet and so were the other guests. There’s a common kitchen area right outside our door but no one loitered and made noise. You will however, hear cars and traffic at night.

The air con was great. Impossible to lower temperature. Fridge Wasn't working. Normally a B&B offers breakfast or the option to make your own. There was nothing. Tea no coffee to make.

The pictures made it look like breakfast was included, and it’s a bed and breakfast. There was no breakfast in the end which wasn’t clear at all. The shower door was not closing correctly and leaked water therefore.

The manager/ owner was great and super flexible with us as our plane landed later than expected and we arrived at 2 am. The room was nice and bit smaller but perfect for a short stay. Loved the location as you are super local and can reach a lot by foot

Exceptional manager who makes sure that we have everything we need. Ivan did a daily follow up to make sure that we don’t miss anything. Good location near attraction, metro, bus terminal, etc.

It was a bit noisy from general street noise, street sweepers early hours in morning but host was very friendly and checked windows were secured to reduce noise levels.

The room was too small for 3, but still is ok for short vacation. It could be a bit complicated for someone old, with all the codes and the check in and out.

There was a big miscommunication with the team. They've sent us the check-in instructions 2 days prior to our check-in via SMS but we didn't receive them as we were in Morocco and were using another SIM card. Few hours before our arrival we didn't know how exactly to check-in so we called the specified phone number. It was nearly 2 a.m. so unfortunately, we woke up the host. However, as we were kindly asking for help to get in the property we were not given the chance to explain our situation but called illiterates because "we can't read". I tried to explain that we didn't receive the information but the host was very irritated so I let him finish his monologue of how he will send us the SMS again and if we can't read we should go to another hotel. I've stayed in many properties in both booking and airBMB and the instructions were never sent via SMS, I think this is the most inappropriate way to receive important information as the cellphone may be in airplane mode, with no phone range etc.

It is quite noisy due to the construction of the bed & breakfast. If you’re a light sleeper I definitely recommend ear plugs for a nice sleep :)

It is really lovely designed and close to Passeig de Garcia. You can walk everywhere from there.

The air conditioner was leaking not sure why. The furniture was obviously used a long time and there was a lot of things to notice are a little bit broken. The door was really hard to open for some reason.

The location of the room was suitable for our needs, it had everything we needed and fast transportation to all tourist places. The Room was small but is great value for the money.

Is a double worth EUR 170 per night? Hey, its Barcelona.

Multiple rooms with en-suite bathrooms in a large flat in a historical building. Nicely decorated, and with balconies. Great location for both visiting the Gaudi palaces and Sagrada church, as well as the barrios east and west of La Rambla. Check-in is completely remote, you get entry codes for all doors until the key locker. If you travel by car, a good choice is Centric Parking on Arago. Especially if you load and pay by AP2K app, 24h cost you about half the normal rate. Eating out is not a problem in Barcelona, but at least once you should try Restaurant Portoles, a must eat.

The space between the front of the bed and the table in front of the wall created a tight space to walk through. Also old cigarettes butts left on balcony.

The bathroom was big and the shower was big and prepped with good quality products.

Everything about this place is awesome, location -just amazing, 5-10 min walk to La rambla, gothic quarters, amazing restaurants, even we could just walk to Sagrada Familia, 100 % really loved this place.

There was a leak in the shower which has led to quite a bit of damp in that corner of the bathroom. It's not a major issue, and the bathroom was clean enough but the shower always leaked so would be good to fix. There was also no tea/coffee despite there being jars suggesting that there would be.

The air con, the ability to leave bags after check out, the location, the (small) balcony. The owner was very responsive on WhatsApp as well and kindly gave us extra towels for our day at the beach. The shower was very nice, and the communal area too. The location felt safe and secure with good places to eat (where locals eat, not tourist traps) very nearby. Check out the brunch place two doors down if you stay!
