We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

UkraineNo tea or coffee facilities in the room was a huge disappointment. Especially as there's a long walk to the beach cafes. Lack of private parking at the property also lets it down - you need to drive around the streets and hope to find a spot not far away. Overall it's an OK place for large groups to stay, as it felt like it was more geared up for conferences than solo travellers.

SwedenThe rental bikes were not in a good shape, one of the bikes only had one brake for example. The hotel is a bit out of date and could use some fix to make it a bit more fresh. The Wi-Fi weren't top, but always the same in Spain.
The location is very good. Close to the airport El Prat, Close to Beach (5 min walk) and Close to train station (8 min walk) direct train to the center of Barcelona. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good variation and well made (bacon and scrambled eggs). Fresh pressed real orange juice is for me the top. The pool area were never to crowded and was nice. They were very informative and friendly at the reception. Eddie was great he gave us good tips on good restaurants. You can borrow bikes directly from the hotel. That is perfect way to see the Castell and Castelldefels. Castelldefels is a perfect combination with Barcelona which is crowded full of energy, noise and impressions. At Castelldefels all is chill, high standard on food beach and service. Visit the rooftop at hotel Belair. No wonder why half FC Barcelona lives here, Messi still has his primary house here.

Czech RepublicThe room faced quite noisy road it can be disturbing.
The hotel is a bit older, but nice, clean, bed was very comfortable. We didn't miss anything. The breakfasts were varied enough and we always enjoyed them. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. We traveled mainly to Barcelona and the distance wasn't a problem. The train station is about a kilometer away, the trains are comfortable and go quite often. We also appreciated the local restaurants.

United Arab EmiratesWe were supposed to stay for 4 nights (18-22 April), but due to the rainstorms and massive flooding in Dubai, we were only able to arrive on 19 April. Unfortunately, the hotel did not heed our request to waive the cancellation, even if this situation was out of our control. Furthermore, I was erroneously charged on my card before check-in for the full 4 days. This was quickly reverted, but unfortunately not the full amount due to the exchange rate differences. Lastly, we had asked for a free late check-out on 22 April at 1pm, to accommodate for our morning plans that day. While this was verbally granted by a nice lady at reception, I was disappointed to see a EUR 30 charge to my card. (I have already messaged the hotel, to ask that this be reverted. Looks like I have been erroneously charged twice already, and no doubt that I will also have to cover the exchange rate EUR-AED difference. Not ideal.)
The rooms were spacious and kept clean everyday. Breakfast options were great too; with fresh orange juice. I also liked that there was lemon water available in the lobby. Reception staff were also able to call taxis when required.

United KingdomOur room (106) had no coat-hooks nor drawer space except for just two very small bedside ones. As the wardrobe was only really sufficient for one person, my husband and I struggled to find a satisfactory way of unpacking our clothes. Our friend was allocated room 104 and she had a double wardrobe and more shelves in it. The early morning start-up of the heating/water systems prevented any hope of a lie-in. Oh, and the walls were a bit thin too!
The room and the bathroom were kept very clean, and the staff who facilitated that were very friendly. Receptionists were all helpful too. The breakfast buffet (cheaper if pre-booked for the relevant days) was good and well stocked. The location for us was excellent, giving us only a short walk to where our friends live in the town.
