The room was lovely with a view over the river. The staff were all very helpful and there was good secure garage parking for motorcycles. A good location for touring the Picos region.

Very basic hotel, that feels like retirement home including the smell of one. Outside the "tourist" area. But as we used this hotel purely as a place to sleep it was fine for us.

Friendly host at breakfast buffet. Nothing fancy, basic breakfast. Supermarket close by for supplies

We gave up on breakfasts – the choice and quality looked very poor. Hearable noise in the room from other rooms are sometimes too much.

Very nice hotel located in wonderful Cangas de Onis. Rooms were clean as well as the bathroom. We had room with view on the mountain stream with hearable animal bells.

The facilities are not appropiate for a 4 star hotel but more for a 2stars hotel. I was expecting at least , at a 4 STARS HOTEL, to have a kettle in the room. No expectation on coffee or 2 bags of tea as this is to much for a 4 stars hotel . I imagine the management of the hotel can do better to improve this smalls things that make the difference . Good day!

The room in the main floor of the hotel is a bit noisy due to the location near the entrance and front guest check in desk. But the noise quiets down early so it wasn't a problem for sleeping.

Shower screen leaked so every time we used the shower there was water all over the bathroom floor.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the secure parking across the road was excellent. The room was fine though a little tired for a 4 star hotel. Location just 5 minutes walk from the center was great.

Friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Showed concern for injuries sustained in a minor motorcycle accident! Breakfast was excellent. Good choice of food and drink, looked after by an attentive host. I was lucky enough to have a room with a river view. Lovely to wake up to each day. Safe secure garage available for motorcycle and car parking, although I would have been perfectly happy to park my bike on the street.

I would prefer a walk in shower. I would also have liked facilities to make drinks in our own room. A room with a view would have been good but you cant have it all especially in town! lift to all 4 floors very good. And the stairs were good to keep you mobile too!

Attic room very quiet. Bed brill. Shover over the bath but powerful and hot. Very varied breakfast and plenty of it. Hotel In town so plenty of choice for food within walking distance. We booked early so the price was fantastic.

Not really new, but clean and comfy. Exceptionally friendly and helpful young lady at the reception and bar. Decent breakfast and safe parking for my motorbike at the other side of the street. I recommend this hotel to all bikers crossing the Picos de Europa.

Nice hotel, very friendly with secure garage 20 metres down the road. Lovely town with lots of traditional restaurants and a must visit to the Roman Bridge in the town. Excellent value for money.
