The hotel could use an update. The rooms are outdated and the bathroom needs a refreshed look.

The location is great, one can walk everywhere. Coffee shops, restaurants, and main transportation nearby.

Very dated, could do with refurb, shower was very old, water pressure was very little, rotted wood around the door frame in bathroom. Although clean, very dated and dark room.

The windows of the room do not open. The room is small and the furniture is quite old. The cleaning ladies forgot to clean the room after the first night - I had to remind the receptionist.

Very expensive for what you get. I suppose that's everywhere in Barcelona since it's a very expensive city to stay in. Room was very dark, no electric kettle even if you ask and hot water for coffee is only available when the kitchen is open from 7:30am to 12noon. Staff were nice though

Location was its main selling point. 24/7 reception will help you up to what they can.

The bathroom needs maintenance: as it doesn't have air circulation, there are fungi growing, mainly on the outer wall. The room didn't match the online pictures. I noticed spacious rooms with nice curtains online, and got a room where we hardly had space to put our luggage and that didn't have any curtains at all. Furthermore, I noticed that wall paper is getting loose and there are openings between the pieces of laminate on the floor.

tasty breakfast, nice personnel, good internet access, affordable stay in a very good location (other hotels in the neighborhood are often twice as expensive)

Staff were a bit miserable through duration of stay. Lift was broken for entire stay, no offer of help to carry 2 heavy suitcases up to 3rd floor. Room was very basic with shallow hard mattress. No water pressure on 2 occasions with no explanation.

The bathroom, even though is clean, is a bit old (shower), it could do a facelift. The room is extra small, but we only spent the nights there so we didn’t mind. Windows can not be opened, the knobs are taken off.

The location is the best advantage of this hotel. Very friendly staff too.

Room is dingy, we found a huge cockroach, bed is hard, towels are very thin. Bed was made with just sheets, we found a blanket in the closet.

The room was small and old. During our stay we had to change rooms because water was coming down from the ceiling. For two days the bathroom was unusable in the morning and so we requested (and obtained) a change of room.

Remarkable the kindness of the stuff. They accepted almost all our requests and were kind and friendly. Location of the hotel is fantastic, just in front of a metro station and few steps from the city center.

Room 403 had a water leak above the bathroom sink, had no hand soap and there was visible hair near the shower water drain.

The location is close to Placa Catalunya and Airport Bus station.

I stayed in room 101 The bathroom shower was so bad. It's broken and it needs to be fixed. And the guy who works in the front desk at night is never there. Me and another guest could not get inside because he locked the door and went to sleep. So we waited for a while till he woke up and opened the door for us. This happened multiple times. I don't think I would recommend it or stay there again

The location of the hotel is perfect very central and close to everything. That was the only thing I liked about it.

There was no fridge in our room, which is very devastating in Barcelona’s summer heat. The room was only cleaned after the second night of our stay. There was only one toothbrush kit in the double room There was a constant loud sound from the ventilation in the bathroom

The location was really convenient, it was next to the metro station, as well as walking distance from La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter The reception was open 24 hours a day and the staff was very polite and helpful

Considering we paid 600€ for a 4 night stay, it wasn’t worth it at all, when we arrived and wanted to take a shower there was not even soap to use in the bathroom, but there was a sewing kit for some reason….Whenever the room got cleaned it never really got cleaned, just the bed was made and the dirty towels were nicely piled up. The bed also wasn’t super comfortable, the mattress was pretty stiff. The windows in our room didn’t open either. Overall for 600€ for such a short stay it was very unworthy.

The location was AMAZING! Super walkable to anywhere in the Center of Barcelona, restaurants, cafes, shops and etc all within 5-10 minutes of walking. Area also felt pretty safe at night walking back to the hotel.

Very small room. The only place we cd put the folded up wheelchair was in the bathroom. You have to squeeze round the door of the bathroom to get to the toilet. Zero soundproofing so very noisy. Even noisier than we expected and we expected noise where it is. We asked the lady at reception to print us a street map but she wdnt. We had two more days here but we cancelled and found somewhere better and cheaper.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
