The bathroom, even though is clean, is a bit old (shower), it could do a facelift. The room is extra small, but we only spent the nights there so we didn’t mind. Windows can not be opened, the knobs are taken off.

The location is the best advantage of this hotel. Very friendly staff too.

Room is dingy, we found a huge cockroach, bed is hard, towels are very thin. Bed was made with just sheets, we found a blanket in the closet.

The room was small and old. During our stay we had to change rooms because water was coming down from the ceiling. For two days the bathroom was unusable in the morning and so we requested (and obtained) a change of room.

Remarkable the kindness of the stuff. They accepted almost all our requests and were kind and friendly. Location of the hotel is fantastic, just in front of a metro station and few steps from the city center.

Room 403 had a water leak above the bathroom sink, had no hand soap and there was visible hair near the shower water drain.

The location is close to Placa Catalunya and Airport Bus station.

I stayed in room 101 The bathroom shower was so bad. It's broken and it needs to be fixed. And the guy who works in the front desk at night is never there. Me and another guest could not get inside because he locked the door and went to sleep. So we waited for a while till he woke up and opened the door for us. This happened multiple times. I don't think I would recommend it or stay there again

The location of the hotel is perfect very central and close to everything. That was the only thing I liked about it.

There was no fridge in our room, which is very devastating in Barcelona’s summer heat. The room was only cleaned after the second night of our stay. There was only one toothbrush kit in the double room There was a constant loud sound from the ventilation in the bathroom

The location was really convenient, it was next to the metro station, as well as walking distance from La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter The reception was open 24 hours a day and the staff was very polite and helpful

Considering we paid 600€ for a 4 night stay, it wasn’t worth it at all, when we arrived and wanted to take a shower there was not even soap to use in the bathroom, but there was a sewing kit for some reason….Whenever the room got cleaned it never really got cleaned, just the bed was made and the dirty towels were nicely piled up. The bed also wasn’t super comfortable, the mattress was pretty stiff. The windows in our room didn’t open either. Overall for 600€ for such a short stay it was very unworthy.

The location was AMAZING! Super walkable to anywhere in the Center of Barcelona, restaurants, cafes, shops and etc all within 5-10 minutes of walking. Area also felt pretty safe at night walking back to the hotel.

Very small room. The only place we cd put the folded up wheelchair was in the bathroom. You have to squeeze round the door of the bathroom to get to the toilet. Zero soundproofing so very noisy. Even noisier than we expected and we expected noise where it is. We asked the lady at reception to print us a street map but she wdnt. We had two more days here but we cancelled and found somewhere better and cheaper.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

1. No soap or shower gel(finished) in the bathroom 2. Cant open windows whenever you want. You have to take a special tool at reception and have to return it back immediately as “we have many guests, someone might need it as well” 3. The lady who’s responsible for breakfast started cleaning and asked if we’re done before breakfast time was over. It made quite a pressure and made us feel uncomfortable. 4. No ventilation in the bathroom and room itself. After the shower it was a very high humidity in the bathroom and you had to open the door to the room so at least you could see yourself. And all the humid went to the room and you could not open the window as see p.2

Have to pay for luggage storage cash only which as travellers we did not have. Rooms were slightly outdated.

Breakfast is at the basement of the building. Since there are no windows this has been decorated with brilliant colours to make of this place a brighter room. I find the result demerits the rest of the hotel. I missed a desk or even a chair to put my things in the room. The room was very spacious but the bed and two table-beds were the only furniture available.

Fantastic location if you are looking for a centric location, and the quality is more than ok: clean, big rooms. Can't complain.

The third bed in our triple room did not have its own bedside light.

The location is excellent, a few minutes from Place de Catalunya, the main hub in Barcelona. The hotel is clean and comfortable. No frills but the bathroom was very well equipped - good shower - and more like a 4 start than a 2 star. The hotel is on a busy road but the noise did not disturb us. Breakfast was also good value.
