The orange room was our room, tiny balcony overlooking the main street, everything was perfect, our host was lovely really helpful, location central for sightseeing and short walks in the evening to lots of wonderful tapas bars. Highly recommend.

As many people said, there is noise from other rooms. Other than that, everything is nice. Just bring your earplugs :).

Very nice and communicative staff. Good instructions to find the place. Clean room. Bed could be hard for someone's taste, but for me it was just perfect. The quality with the price meets well.

The decoration of the place looked as though it had been roughly completed but that did not make the stay bad at all but if better it would provide a further positive for the place. The sofa bed was not too bad but tipped when two adults were on it and better for kids to sleep on.

The location of the property was good, having some air conditioning was also good as it was hot at that time, having a kitchenette was beneficial and also having a little snack for for breakfast was also good. The shower room are was also good and roomy.

Small room, though maybe typical for this price point and European standards. Old building with loud plumbing, so bring earplugs (they provide one pair in the room, probably for this reason)

Good central location, cost per night, clean, communal kitchen area with fridge, freezer, coffee maker and some free yogurt/pre-packaged pastries.

The room was very small but at that price it was fine. The keys were a bit fiddly every time I tried to open the front door...panic set in after trying for a few minutes, but eventually worked. perhaps the venue can get a new lock/keys for front door as it looks very old.

The walls are very thin. We could hear the neighbours mobile phone vibrating and we could hear them snore and one time we could hear them having sex 😅. I've noticed that the hostel didn't have any fire alarm and that's too bad coz if you think about it it's a very cheap security for the guests. You never know if there will be any fire so for me they should invest in having smoke detectors in every room and in the reception area .

The location was excellent. It was walking distance to all the major attraction in Madrid like the Castle, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Prado museum and so on. There are lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, department stores nearby. The ladies working there were so kind and helpful. They offer mini croissant's, muffins, bread, butter, youghurt, milk, coffee, tea. They have elevator and the aircon works really well but the internet connection is very slow.

Not much to say here except maybe our room could do with a shower head which stays on the wall! Paintwork could do with some freshening here & there & elevator is strangely & shabbily clad with hardboard & tape - but these are small niggles. Overall a great experience.

The single room was small ( but had everything I needed) and getting into the shower involved stepping onto a little stool.

I didn't like the noise from other rooms. Also, we were staying in Pink room which does not have door for shower, so have this in mind depending on who you're staying with. :)

The location was great, total recommendation to stay in this area. The staff was great, kind and helpful. The coffee, tea, some breakfast like cereals/packaged pastry/bread for toasting were available. The rooms were very clean.

Very thin walls so you could hear an entire conversation from the next room. Shower was separate from the toilet and also in a very awkward space. No privacy if sharing a room. The hotel was also quite hard to find since it didn’t have a large signage out front.

Central local to all the tourist places but not too busy which is good. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff were friendly. So happy to have a water dispenser at the hotel plus free coffee, tea and snacks. Bed was quite big (we got the Pink room) and room was spacious facing a quiet courtyard.
