Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaCost of the taxi. Arriving late at night, it’s situated in a housing area of apartment buildings, so was a bit nervous until I got inside the hostel. Seeing it in daylight was very different.
I found the bed a bit hard, but the room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Breakfast had good choices from cold cuts , cereal, fruit, bread and a couple of choices of pre packaged pastries. This is a multi purpose eco centre and is more of a hostel than a hotel. E took a taxi from the airport €22 each way but there is a metro stop about 20 minutes walk from the hostel. It was perfect for me for one night and the staff was friendly.

Nice big room, very modern and eco-friendly. A quiet residential neighbourhood but walkable from the Metro and to a supermarket.

Basic but clean, great value, good breakfast, staff friendly, easy to find from airport via metro, in safe neighbourhood even at night (don't get taxi though as they charge a set fee so will be expensive for short journey). We didn't use pool as was just a sleepover due to late arriving flight.

United KingdomI don't think the air con was working in the room. Me and my partner didn't sleep very well. We also had an issue with taxis. I ordered an Uber but as it was searching for a car the lady at reception said Uber didn't work there at that time in the morning. She ordered us a taxi and just as she was ordering it, Uber found me a driver a few minutes away. I cancelled it anyway since ther person at reception had gone to the trouble of ordering it. The taxi the person ordered was apparently 15 minutes away. This was a long time to wait because we were pushed for time. Anyway 15 minutes passed and it still wasn't there. In the end I ordered another Uber that came. Luckily we didn't miss our flight but it was close.
We went there because it was close to the airport and we had a flight early the next day. It was good for what we needed. we were up at 4:30 and the person on reception kindely gave us a take away snack bag for breakfast.

Location, breakfast boxes for early flights, mattress was good. Recommend you to take to the airport the busses N17 to T1 and N19 to T2,. They run all night long every 30 minutes and not expensive taxis

FinlandThe only thing i found odd or missing was a hand soap, i used the one provided in the shower but that really was only a mild inconvenience.
Breakfast was very decent, there was enough options for both food and drink. There were coffee machines with a selection of different kinds and also juices, the breakfast itself was mainly sandwhiches with toppings, fruits and yoghurt.
