That you had no sodas, fresh juice. And the room was quite small.

The price and the fact that I had almoust everything in the room: towels (even a big one!), soap, shampoon, the temperature was perfect in the room. And the silence of the neighborhood! I could leave my luggage for free at the reception!

Great location not too far from the train station and surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. Close to the beautiful parks which runs through the city. I’d definitely stay again and the 3 nights I stayed were not enough time to explore gorgeous Valencia.

There is no negative note, everything is positive

Fantastic location with well equipped rooms, It is walking distance from many of the top attractions and locales. Bunks had privacy curtains and the lockers in the rooms were very large and could fit my entire carry-on suitcase. Guests are assigned beds by letters so you can keep the same bed each night without needing to leave something on the bunk during the day. The bathrooms were clean, check-in was simple and quick, staff eric were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, best hostel in Valencia

There wasn't respect from other guest in the hostel. There were two woman who turn on lights at 1.30 am and started packing their bags, chatting, etc. I think the hostel should place some signs in the rooms to let people know there is quiet time after 10pm for example (this is mainly to respect other guest sleep).

Location was absolutely amazing. The property was new and staff were super friendly.

My stay was only for less than 4 hours, so I can’t say much! But the staff were super friendly, the rooms were likeable. The showers were a bit squeeze, they should have some more space, hangers and a shelve, and the toilets the same. But, in general my stay was good!

My only complaint is the lack of a full kitchen. They have a kettle, a microwave, dishes, and a sink to clean up. It's nice, but guests have no access to a refrigerator. That increases your food costs quite a bit when you're a traveler. Restaurant costs add up quickly.

Some light came through below the door and in the last night we heard some other guests speaking in the corridor and nearby rooms which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep but all in all no big deal.

The Location is top notch, you‘re close to the city and many popular sightseeing spots, everything else is accessible by foot or public transportation. Also the staff is a 10/10, everyone we’ve been in touch with has been super friendly and helpful. Especially Philip (I hope I spelled the name correctly) was extremely kind and his english was perfect. Due to all this we felt very comfortable from the first contact on. When we had a little problem with our initial room we directly got upgraded to a better room with no extra cost which was super kind and we really appreciated it. The room itself was also very nice and included everything we needed (towels, shampoo, hairdryer). Also the bed was very comfortable and the blanket was HUGE.

The showers were a bit rough. Two sort of useless hooks (not very deep, hard to actually hang anything on) and no mats for the floor so just slippery puddles. No shelves or anything which is tricky when you have to carry your room key. No hand dryers or towels near the sinks either. Limited shared spaces- tiny rooftop with fake turf- no furniture and a tiny kitchen/sitting area that is sort of connected to the coffee shop so even more limited as that gets busy. Having said that, I did manage to find enough quiet to sit and work most days.

The location is AMAZING. Easy to get everywhere and just around the corner from major plazas/sites, restaurants. I like that I could be in a room with only 5 beds, although I did end up with fairly noisy roommates, but that isn't their fault. There's a good coffee shop right in the lobby, which for me is muy bueno! The staff were friendly enough, the bedding was comfortable and clean, love that they don't charge for extra things like locks and towels.
