We arrived with touring bicycles and should have prearranged storage. However, we were told that on arrival 23h00 (train breakdown) there was no possibility of bike storage, which would have meant sleeping outside to guard the bikes. Eventually a second member of staff allowed us to store our bikes in the rear of the office provided we removed them by 07h00 which we did. I just feel that a bit more help and understanding in this regard would have been welcome, given our late arrival.

I stayed just for one night before my flight back home and was interested in bed & shower only, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice my stay was in the heart of Valencia's old town. Friendly and proactive staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, comfy mattresses, and beds equipped with a curtain which gave a nice feeling of privacy in a dormitory. Overall a good place to stay.

The lockers felt like they would fall over since they were not attached to the wall. There was no shelter for getting to room 502. It was quite rainy when I stayed so it was slightly uncomfortable

Although I appreciate that at the time of my stay they had been open only a couple of weeks, the upper management could've made a better effort (being a hostel chain) to provide the very basics for the kitchen.

The location is amazing and the staff were lovely. The manager Alicia was super helpful. No breakfast included

Everything was great, but it would be nice, if the hostel offered some evening programme (like game nights).

The hostel is really amazing. It is right in the center (close to the Cathedral and Serranos Towers), so ypu can get anywhere on foot. The rooms are modernly decorated. Each bed has a socket for charging (plus USB socket), a lamp, a big locker and a curtain for privacy. You also get two towels. The bathroom is inside the room, it's small but very nice and clean and there is a shampoo and soap. The hostel has a kitchen (microwave, usentils) and a coffee shop.

I changed rooms during my stay and the second room (9 person mixed dorm, ground floor) was quite a lot poorer than the first, very poorly designed and crowded and the bathroom felt dirty and the floor paint was peeling.

The staff were really amazing and helpful and the hostel was located really centrally! The first room I stayed in was really nicely designed, the bathroom was clean and modern and it felt safe.

The common kitchen is small and with no fridge for common use. Not completely the hostels fault, but at the time I was there, there was a huge school group of Italian teenagers that were screaming, running in the corridors and slamming doors during the night.

Not much they can do about it, but unfortunately you could hear everything from the other rooms, even if they just unlocked their doors, which happens a lot in hostel rooms. Having booked a private double room, it was a little bit annoying because we’d wake up in the night from the noise.

The price and the fact that I had almoust everything in the room: towels (even a big one!), soap, shampoon, the temperature was perfect in the room. And the silence of the neighborhood! I could leave my luggage for free at the reception!

Great location not too far from the train station and surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. Close to the beautiful parks which runs through the city. I’d definitely stay again and the 3 nights I stayed were not enough time to explore gorgeous Valencia.

There is no negative note, everything is positive

Fantastic location with well equipped rooms, It is walking distance from many of the top attractions and locales. Bunks had privacy curtains and the lockers in the rooms were very large and could fit my entire carry-on suitcase. Guests are assigned beds by letters so you can keep the same bed each night without needing to leave something on the bunk during the day. The bathrooms were clean, check-in was simple and quick, staff eric were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, best hostel in Valencia
