Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff/cleaning/breakfast/laundry facility. Staff great. Nice walk down to prom. Rooms tired in places could do with revamp. Happy hour need more staff on and times could be earlier in the evening. Overall 8/10.

United KingdomBedroom was a little small to fit a cot for our baby in (only just managed), so if you have a large cot you'd want to check in advance it would fit in your particular room or else baby would have to in living room which doesn't have air con.
This place was great value and ideal for a young family. The hotel is super well-situated, a 10/15 minute walk to an ideal family-friendly sandy beach, and a similar walk to town, with shops and restaurants en route so you don't even have to walk that far at all if you want to grab some grub. There are several supermarkets around but the small on on site is actually really well stocked and reasonably priced, and whilst small, the kitchenette has all the equipment you are likely to need (except maybe a spatula!). The pools are nice, and there's plenty of sun loungers available (umbrellas a bit more in demand). The pool bar is also reasonably priced and makes it super convenient if you just want to stay at the pool all day. The place is pretty relaxed, and when we were there at least, nice and quiet (no loud music or loud entertainment) which was great for us because it meant our baby could nap in her stroller easily. The hotel is pretty accessible for those with wheelchairs or strollers, as there is step free access to everywhere, unless you have a second floor apartment. It's not a super fancy hotel, but it suited our needs perfectly and I think it's excellent value for money.

Rooms were clean and bedding was fresh. Kitchen had all the necessary crockery pan etc with a microwave oven and coffee machine. Our apartment had evening sun as per our request and we had a peace rest. We got what we paid for

IrelandThe beds were very uncomfortable. Only towels & sheets left by staff, they didn't come back to clean the room when we were out. The pools were freezing. Had to pay extra for pool towels, this was refunded but 15e each! Pay extra for tv remote, air conditioning & safe. Indoor pool adults only & open 2-6pm.
The staff were mostly friendly. Good selection in the onsite supermarket. Location was good. Arcade & mini disco good fun for the kids. Indoor pool & gym added bonus for adults.
