There is no WIFI in the rooms. The cleaning staff would not knock before entering and would just go ahead and open the door. We had to leave our key in the lock to stop this from happening.

Great location, a 10 minute walk to the seafront. The apartment itself was very nice. The pool area was great too. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

The staff couldn't be more helpful and extremely friendly. I was only staying a couple of nights as running the Lanzarote Half Marathon. Ideal rooms for putting your head down. Was relieved to find the mattress was firmer and not a memory foam one as they give me a sore back and aggrevaite pain in knees. So managed to get a decent sleep prior to race.. Plenty room in shower

For me as a gym enthusiast, the fact that the gym which was not bad at all, didn’t open till 10am closing at 5pm..best part of the day! Why it couldn’t open at 7am baffles me!! There was no one employed in there.

Loved the self catering facility! Toaster, kettle, hob, fridge etc The price was excellent value for money, lovely hotel grounds, nice size balcony terrace. Room good size. Supermarket on site good value and range of products

Some parts needs refurbishment, such as the game room, very outdated with two pool table and an air hocky what was usually broken. The entertainment room was always so hot that we couldn't stay long. There was air-conditioning but it never was on, chairs and tables also need refurbishment there. Rooms was not cleaned every day, they only done a very basic quick cleaning, they left one towel for 3 persons.

The location is very good, 10 minutes' walk from the beautiful beach. Marina and harbour is very close too. The food was ok, but not a big choice. The guy at the reception ( I think he called Andree) was fantastic, however all the staff was very helpful and smiling. Big thank you for Christian the Animator guy. The pools and their temperature was very nice, always found sunbeds around them. The kids loved the slides.

beds not changed regularly no information about night life on the complex concert room furniture really let the place down. shame pool bar didn’t serve food last year we were there it did and was lovely Our room could of done with brush and shovel for our use and couldn’t understand why they was only one English Channel on tv need smart tv

No remote controls to use the aircon and TV you need a deposit!!! This is 1990 no good we are in 2022 change it people won't lose them.

The reception did not give out a lot of information on the spot, had to go down and ask for everything like remote control for tv, wifi. the phone did not work in the room. we booked woth breakfast, it was ok.

We loved the pools, kids were having soo much fun. that is why we chose this hotel.

Christian the entertainment guy was brilliant the kids loved him and we can honestly say he made our kids holiday and ours great 10/10 for his dedication and attitude to his job. Rooms were clean and value for money location perfect staff were all helpful and friendly.
