There are two restaurants down the street. It was very loud in the late night. We had difficulty falling asleep due to loud street until very late 2:30am at night. We also felt there are bed bugs. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Other than location, we did not enjoy the stay.

I should have expected that there would be a lot of noise. Within the building there was quite a lot of noise at night and at outside it was noisy quite late.

Location was great and you can pretty much walk to the centre and most of the attractions. It was spacious as well.

There was a oder in the down stairs hall and elevator. Also when you come in at night there were no automatic lights to come on and it was very dark and dangerous with the stairs.

The door was a little bit broken, you were able to see the major part of the interior of the apartment from outside. The smell of the restaurant that is next to the apartment got into the reception of it, and the path between the reception and the lift until our apartment was a little bit disgusting due to these smells.

The location was incredible and the host was really kind. The apartment is cool, correct for the price we paid. The communication with the host via social networks was perfect, she told me everything I needed to do and acknowledged me about everything which was important to know about the check-in and check-out.

Our apartment was located over a popular tapas bar, our first night was extremely noisy until 2am then from 6 am (a Friday night), but subsequent nights were OK. The staff in the tapas bar seemed welcoming and friendly although we didn't go there.

Fantastic location, spacious, luminous, functional apartment. Really helpful staff.. Changed us to a lift accessible first floor apartment, allowed us to store luggage in laundry room on last day. Communicated door codes efficiently, security felt good. They also spoke sufficient English to compensate for our poor Spanish.

Furniture is very old and beat up. Dining room chairs look like a cat's scrater all over. Sheets seem newly laundered but found hair on them. Bathroom floor has hair too.

The appartment is well placed in the city, the place is clean and very comfortable. Parking near was convenient but expensive, ended up in another parking 1km away.

The heating and the air condition didn't work. The on line checking is super complicated and usless, codes, passwords ecc.. Add at least 25 € per night for the underground parking. No other possibility!

Very nice for 2 people, the bed was very comfortable, But the sofa in the sitting room extremely unconfortable. Very central, new, big, clean with basic kitchen equipment. perfect for a couple arriving without a car.

Unfortunately the check in process before and on the day was full of problems: the check in process before arrival through a third party website not booking com took multiple attempts to finally get it done - very frustrating while travelling. On day of arrival - we were given the wrong external door code which delayed us getting into the building and our apartment on a very hot day after a long journey. Room was ready at 330pm but we didn't get in till 5pm. We were also given the wrong WIFI password so couldn't use that either until we were given the right one. Also lack of air con in the bedroom made it very hot at night and difficult to sleep.

Very spacious - top floor with views and lots of light through windows. Good lift access. Good effective air conditioning unit in the living/dining room but unfortunately this was not sufficient to cool the separate bedroom - even with the door open to the living room it was very hot/stuffy in the bedroom - outside was 30 degrees C high and 20 low, so couldn't cool by opening windows.

We had to raise the following. The company denied there were any problems beyond a lightbulb needing to replaced. The awful drain smell in the bathroom was apparently caused by the rain and the old building. Only problem there is it did not rain at all whilst we were there. Obviously reviews are subjective but the following was our experience. The company's response is written in the brackets) The bathroom. There is clearly a long term problem with the drains. There are no less than three types of air fresheners aimed at masking the disgusting smell. They do not succeed. There is a leak which has been there for so long that the tiles around the bidet are showing evidence of a rising damp. There was also some freestanding water around the bidet. The extractor fan does not work. (All totally denied by the company). Kitchen. Grossly inadequate provision. There is no kettle (apparently the expectation is you warm any water on the microwave). There's one saucepan (no response about this) The cooker top is loose and the both hobs repeatedly turn themselves on and off (the hob is old but works fine) There is a bare neutral wire underneath the boiler which is totally unacceptable - I am a retired electrical engineer (no comment). There is no bowl of any kind which can be used in the microwave rendering it only useful for heating ready meals (company said there was adequate provision). The fridge door cannot be opened properly (no response) . Finally, there is only one wine glass (no response). Miscellaneous. There is no; information about where to dispose of any refuse (there's apparently a bin outside - but not whilst we were there). The socket to the left of the door into the bathroom is faulty (no comment). Finally, on a positive note they agreed a bulb needed replacing!

Air-conditioning wasn't great, it didn't reach the bedroom and as there were no fans it was uncomfortably hot during the night! The fridge didn't get cold at all..

The location was great, very comfortable, and very clean. Well equipped. The staff that we saw were very pleasant and helpful.
