The hotel is driving distance to the bars and restaurants and into centre city. we did not eat at the hotel. The hotel acts like they are giving up their first child when asking for ice. You have to pay a deposit of 5 Euros for the pool towel which is gotten at the front desk. The rooms that have a bigger balcony have much smaller rooms. My friend had one of them. As far as the likes the views are great. The pool is good size and so is the pool deck with lots chase chairs

The rooms are very sensitive for noise. You can hear when people are walking or talking in the hallways. At my first stay I didnt sleep well because of this, but this second time my room was located by the end of the hall which made it much better!

This was my second stay at Catalonia when traveling for work. I love the location because its only a 5 minute walk from Porto Pi, where you have a mall with all you need. Restaurants, stores etc. Keep in mind that it is a little outside the city centre, but a short cab ride away. There is a 20 minute walk to the beach Cala Major, which is beautiful! Google maps shows a much longer route then needed. You can take the bus if you dont prefer to walk aswell. The hotel has a nice pool area, bar and restaurant with good food. The staff is very helpful. For breakfast there is a chief there who can preper what you like.

Loved the view, the pool and the rooms located out of the main busy area so a 2euro bus ride or 30 min walk along the harbour into town was easy

The room was a bit outdated, the tiles on the floor were not fixed. Parking around the hotel is a mess! if you rented a car plse look for a location to park properly

Not enough outlets for charging devices. The rooms were quite small.

The parking is a bit of a nightmare in that you have to go quite far away and it is really hard to find the garrage because it is not well marked. I had to drive around for 30 mins and in the end had to get help from reception to show me the place. Once inside, however, the parking was safe and there was an easier way to get back to the hotel.

The views from this property are pretty unbeatable. You see the entire bay and the city from above and far far beyond. We were upgraded to a junior suite with outdoor jacuzi. Excellent!

Internet was not working in 5th floor and was not fixed during my 7 days stay event after repeated request.

Location is really good and sea view from balcony is best! Also the elevator to near by street is very helpful.

Decor could do with some updating. TV didn’t always work - signal was patchy at times. No kettle in room. Not really within walking distance of anything but a regular bus service operates from just down the road.

The indoor pool had a lot of chlorine and is quite small, the outside pool was cold- the water was not heated at all, and its arrangement practically did not exist - only a few sunbeds, and around a lot of stored hotel furniture- unpleasant.

The hotel was ok, but not excellent. It had good facilities, but over all the interior was not that comfortable (for example - the bunk bed intended for children had a mattress smaller than the frame, and the protective rails were defective). The furniture and the actual arrangement of the hotel were quite old, but the location compensated for these shortcomings. The breakfast was excellent, with many options.
