They now have a kettle and cups in the room {big improvement}. The food has improved from last year. The TV has also improved since last year

- The room was tiny and need of a lot of renovation - the balcony door lock was broken - the lifts take a long time - very noisy (drilling one morning at 7.20am and next day cleaners talking and banging from 8.45am) we were outclate and wanting a lie-in but not possible.

Great location in the city center. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was huge with a lot of variety. The hotel offers a lot of extra services, like shows and tours. I would recommend staying here!

The public areas, especially the front bar are in need of a face lift. Very wide open and cheerless ambience. Lifts are old and in constant use making them quite rickety. Would need some careful re-building and investment.

Very well situated, right on the promenade. Most comfortable beds and pillows we have encountered at a hotel. We could sleep with balcony door open so didn’t need a/c which is a great idea for us and the planet.

The loud music every night, we couldn’t sleep till it finished at midnight, annoying when you get up early.

The hotel was excellent especially the breakfast, staff, facilities & location. We had a sea view room with a balcony, again lovely. The only issue we had was the noise from the next hotel which went on till midnight every night. If you go to bed early I would strongly advise to not book the sea view rooms. I asked at reception to change to a room overlooking the pool & was refused as apparently the hotel was full. This was the only drawback.

2 single beds instead of one double. Then the area is a bit noisy (some clubs all around). Breakfast was not tasty at all...

The hotel is on the seafront, close to most of interesting things in Puerto de la Cruz. The room was large, the staff very welcoming. The welcome gifts (a bottle of water and some chocolates) very appreciated. The balcony with a view on El Teide.

Unlike last year, when the music from the nearby restaurants stopped at 22:00, this year was very animated and the music lasted until very late in the night. Locking the windows did not help with the noise reduction.

Our second Christmas in this hotel. We booked it for many reasons: the wonderful view over the ocean and over the public pools from our balcony, the big amount of choices for breakfast, the fun activities organized by the staff, the ping pong table (I love to play on holidays), the big room with closets.

It is a very outdated hotel, however our room was refurbished some 5-10 years ago. The pool area should be treated better. But the most annoying thing is that they have no parking space and we had to look for one on the street circling 1,5 hours and park finally roughly 15 minutes far away on walk.

Unbeatable location, magnificent views, wide selection of breakfast offers. They allow pets, which is a nice extra (for a fee) and they also provide late checkout (also for a fee).

No parking or save location to stop the car to drop off luggage before going to find parking somewhere else but it is understandable since it is all pedestrian around the hotel. Hotel needs major renovation.

Location. Amazing view if you choose room with balcony and sea view, totally worth the extra euros. Hotel has a rooftop 6 floors above McDonald's with huge potential to become a chill/ happening bar- terrace with one of the best views in Tenerife. Quality of breakfast buffet was good.

The 'Animation' or entertainment team need to liaise more effectively with the staff at the reception desk. We had been looking forward to watching the flamenco dancing, which had been moved to the first floor. We asked at the reception desk, but they were unable to tell us where this was taking place. Eventually, another guest alerted us and we managed to watch the last ten minutes of the show.

The staff were brilliant! They were efficient and friendly.

Lovely welcome from the staff when we arrived, super helpful. Plenty of areas to sit and relax. Lovely original Canarian courtyard garden , super relaxing area. Pool area is lovely and well kept. Bar staff very friendly and efficient. Bar prices very good. Location is just amazing. We had a sea view balcony room and just loved the beautiful view of the harbour, martianez and promenade walkway . It was great watching the real life buzz going on .

the wifi connection at the pool and reception was good but at my room, the 11th floor, not or hardly not working. Very slow and unstable. Also the reception area and the elevators could use an upgrade. Very outdated.

Nice swimming pool and had a really relaxing morning there. Breakfast was standard buffet but good. Room was excellent, big with very comfortable beds. Loved it!
