Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MaltaOne of the 2 lifts was out of order not a huge deal and most likely waiting for parts. Also they seemed to run out of the English breakfast tea they leave in the rooms so had to pop down to restaurant a couple of times.

The location is great, just a few minute walk from the Westfield mall, which is amazing, with a large number of shops, cafes and restaurants. The vibe there is lovely. My safe box was locked with my passport in it just a few hours before the flight. I called reception and in less than 10 minutes, a technician was up in my room and problem wss solved!

Concrete coloured lettering set against concrete building... 45 mins looking for it, passing it at least 4 times in the rush hour (how stressful is that...) and then the sun set, darknest descended and the concrete lettering announcing the hotel's name lit up in hright lights and we saw it. PLEASE put a better name sign up.
Great location. Comfy bed. Clean. Fab staff who spoke English. Good chef. Coped with our stress-on-steroids when we finally arrived.

United KingdomIt's mostly mentioned in other comments, but there is no kettle in the room, tea/coffee, etc. But it wasn't such a big deal for us. If you want hot coffee in the morning you will have to pay for the breakfast, or buy from starbucks in Westfield. If you are travelling to Central Barcelona, it is a little bit of a commute, but because the hotel was good for our needs, I think it was very good value. We took a Taxis to the airport for our return flight (which was early in the morning) cost around 45 Euro.
It was great for a family stay. They have spacious rooms and nice facilities like gym and a spa. The spa was very nice. Westfield shopping centre is directly behind and it has an amazing supermarket which is very convenient.

GermanyDistance from city center was very long. Atleast you need to spend 20 euro on uber or you have to change 2 transport to reach there . Not ideal if you want to explore Barcelona city.

IrelandThere is nothing I can say I didn't like. We didn't try the restaurant to judge is it is good or not.
The room is facing the main road, but the windows are isolated, and you cannot hear any noise when they are closed. Also, the road is not busy at all. The hotel is closed to a mall, there are a lot of restaurants, fast foods and shops.
