We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had a fabulous premier room, overlooking a beautiful courtyard The room was spotless, and,cleaned daily with attention to detail. The aircon worked well, and it was lovely to have a fridge in the room for cold drinks after a busy hot day walking and siteseeing.All the staff were friendly and very helpful, from arriving to leaving. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice and attention to detail, especially for those with allergies, such as gluten free and lactose intolerance. I enjoyed the omelette station, and the the helpful, ,chatty,friendly chef (think it was Pedro)who looked after those waiting really well cooking to order, and people's tastes. We had researched buses etc, the hotel is 20 mins average walking distance, to the main historicalareas and is safe to walk, or we got the 01 bus for 1.40 Euro , if we were having a busy siteseeing day. , I would thoroughly recommend the hotel, and look forward to coming back in the near future.

Breakfast buffet was good. The rooftop pool and lounge was the highlight of our stay. And it had a beautiful view!! A wonderful place to spend an afternoon relaxing!! The room was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

United KingdomUnderground car park was very tight, also lift from there serves a totally different part of the hotel to where my room was located. (apartments) . Would have been good if receptionist had told me this before I parked the car..... Ended up wandering around the apartments area for a good 15 minutes with my luggage before a cleaner helped me find my room.

United KingdomThe room was ground floor level and looked out onto a backstreet, so we kept the curtains shut, but you get what you pay for so can't really complain.
Very nice hotel, good location just outside the centre of the city, but walkable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the roofop bar was fabulous with 360 degree views across Seville, can recommend a late afternoon/evening drink up there. The room was clean and functional with a great rainfall shower. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good, if a little costly. Overall the hotel was good value for money.
