Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only issue we had was that the room service would come by to clean the room at around 2 pm and that was the time we would usually come back for a little nap after roaming the city . This meant that we had to sit in the lounge for an hour .
The staff was very good . Our kids loved the pool. Great Breakfast and excellent location .

AustraliaThere was nothing that I didn’t like about this boutique hotel we had a junior suite which was spacious and very clean.
The breakfast was very nice it had everything I wanted plus some extras. We had dinner there which was very nice and afternoon drinks out on the veranda which was nice and private frm the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. The hotel was in a grt position for walking, restaurants and the hop on and hop off bus.

The staff was very accommodating, helping us navigate Barcelona. The room was very nice. Upon arrival we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and a fruit plate. At night we were treated with a chocolate. The twin beds were extremely comfortable, the sofa bed not so much. We opted to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant down the block which was very good, since the offerings at the hotel seemed a little overpriced. The location was excellent with many choices of good restaurants within walking distance. El National is a couple of blocks down the same side of the street with many great restaurants art in one structure. Right next door is a great tapas bar. I would definitely stay here again.

United StatesThe breakfast food was mediocre but the breakfast staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. Room patio was very noisy with construction nearby and chaotic pool on other side of the wall.
The location in Barcelona and quality of the room was excellent. Many great restaurants within a close proximity. Very convenient to subway stations. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful.

RomaniaWe have a 4 year old child so we booked a Junior Suite room. It said that it had a large bed and a sofa but it had 2 single beds and a sofa. My son does not sleep alone so the plan was for him to sleep in the middle of the large bed. We united the single beds but they were not fixed so every night I had to take care that the child did not slip between the 2 beds. That part was awful.
When we arrived there was a plate of cut fruits, juice for the child and iced sparkling wine waiting for us. The location was excellent, was near center and also there were bus and metro stations nearby. It was very close to Aerobus station which is a convenient way to travel from and to airport. The breakfast was diverse and also there was food for little children. My son loved it. The room was clean and there were toiletries like tooth brushes, toothpaste and a comb.

AlbaniaThey charged us full price for 4-5 hours. Our flight was by night, we left the hotel at 19.30 and I wanted to let my little son rest at the room, rather than letting him in a bar. They charged the full amount which is unfair. Better to pat by hours if they want to satisfy the clients.
