Bit of a walk into the centre but nice on the river

Funky themed rooms that were comfortable. The staff in particular Mikel was very helpful in giving us loads of information about the city with printouts

Loved our stay at Casual Jazz , receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean , super comfy big bed . Nice selection for breakfast. Good location with car parking. Lovely 20 min walk to the Old Town , LaConcha beach . San Sebastian is a real gem .

Beds were a bit old - side of mattress a little worn out / broken down. San Sebastian hotels markedly expensive than bilbao.

Access to room required 2 elevators in both directions. One of two staff was somewhat unfriendly. Shower leaked bad.

We stayed for a week and our room was not cleaned once. Also, my gf was sick so we asked to delay check out an hour to midway instead of 11, and they said no. We also found it quite loud particularly in our room I think as we were next to communal toilet and front door.

The location and the price are excellent. And it was clean when we arrived.

A designated parking area to access reception on arrival.

Location was central. 20 mins walk to the train station and shops and restaurants and a bit further to the old town. Hotel should have had a 3 star rating. Modern but jazzy.

The room was big and good . Clean and the staff were polite and attentive. The breakfast was good and great for value.

Our room was small, but had 3 beds. I think it would be a good idea if the 3d bed was taken away if you know that you have 2 guests in the room... Also, the street is noisy, so consider wearing earplugs.

We travelled with friends and their pet. Our friends were positively surprised that the hotel provided a bed and a bowls for a dog. The overall design of the hotel is very nice. We liked that the parking is underground and you can directly access it from Hotel (although you had to pay for the parking). Another good thing for tourists was that the receptionist provided a list of must visit places with the suggestion of must-try snack. That turned out for us as a little quest of the day :).

No real “temporary” parking spot to unload luggage.

Room was spacious and very clean/modern. Hotel is not central but only 15-20 min walk into city centre. Hotel staff are very helpful. Very pet friendly (dog got its own bed and bowls) and absolutely great value for money. Can reserve parking as well. Was a stop over driving to south of Spain and it was great!

Window does not have good isolation for sound and the room is just beside a road.

The rooms didn't feel very well soundproofed against each other, so you could hear people in rooms close-by or in the corridor. Some of the rugs/mats on the floor in the corridor looked tired and marked.

the location in relation to the city was good, but located on a very busy road, so some noise outside throughout the day and night. The bed in the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, not only by choice but also the service provided by the lady serving. A plus point is the secure underground parking.

No coffee making facilities in room. Some street noise when a car crashed into nearby traffic lights. Woke partner but not me.

Super friendly and helpful staff, especially helpful about finding the bus station ( not obvious that you need to go down some steps near the ornate bridge, also vegetarian restaurant suggestions. Comfy bed and fluffy towels. Easy to spot from afar - a reddish building surrounded by grey.
