We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The restaurant was very good. Dinner was good and breakfast excellent. Initially the decor and ambience in hotel seemed a bit strange but overall it was an enjoyable experience and good value. Restaurant staff were very nice and welcoming

The evening meal was delicious and so reasonably priced. The waitresses were friendly and very helpful .There was a good choice of food for breakfast which included a hot selection. Despite being on a main road there was no traffic noise.

United KingdomThe main dining room used to have a sophisticated and relaxed ambience. It has now changed to be more like a cafe with bright lights and less intimate feel.
The room was comfortable, clean and and met our needs. Parking is no problem and bar and facilities were good. Food was fine but a little less choice than before. Staff were helpful and polite.

FranceThe staff at the restaurant were not welcoming. The lack of staff for breakfast was felt as the people had to wait long to get a table. The staff for dinner at the restaurant are not well trained I feel due to their poor service (water was not served apparently you have to take it by yourself in the fridge but was not informed about it, took our wine glasses off the table even after ordering a bottle of wine).

SpainThe pool was dirty. The sound insulation was not very good between rooms. The fittings in the bathroom were loose to the point where we were worried they would fall off. A little tired in decoration. No tomato juice in the bar so no bloody Mary.

United KingdomBathroom was not that clean. Upon entry we noticed some hairs and some sort of top or lid from the previous customers. It would be more environmentally friendly to have soap dispensers rather than individual bottles. No shower curtain so no other choice but to splash the door. I would of appreciated a fridge in the room (although all sorted with reception)
The environment/decor of the place, convenient location travelling towards Bilbao, the swimming pool, sunbathing area, easy parking and above all, the food. Absolutely fantastic, so glad we booked half board. Restaurant staff very nice. Overall a great experience. Great aircon and the private terrace was great. I would definitely stay again.
