Upon arrival, the bin in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied and there was a blister with some tablets in it. There was only one toilet roll and a couple of very long dark hairs in the shower (definitely not mine). Tea & coffee facilities: only 1 caffeinated coffee sachet and no spoons for stirring. No big deal but when we returned to the room the following night, the coffee area hadn’t been restocked and still no more than the original toilet roll in the bathroom. I called reception and it was promptly sorted though.

Location is great: just opposite the tube and buses. Plenty of good restaurants around the area, exhibitions in the Canal de Isabel II, Santiago Bernabeu… The hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. Room was spacious and bed quite comfortable.

The hotel could use a renovation. The carpets in the public areas are stained.The hotel was a little outdated.

The staff was helpful and polite . The check in was seamless. The proximity to public transportation was excellent. There is a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was great.

The booking wasnt clear on site with the fridge. It says its included. When it was time to check out, they charge me for it. Theres no signs saying in the room that i would be.

Mattress could have been more comfortable, but otherwise no issues at all.

Room is as advertised. Really appreciated the normal wooden doors for the bathroom instead of the typical annoying glass doors we got in other hotels. Right next to bus and underground line so easy enough to navigate and reach Madrid's center. Staff was the nicest we've had from another 6 properties we rented out across Spain.

I didn´t like to have two small beds in one bed. We keep falling in between. Why don´t just put a full size bed? Also when I booked the hotel, breakfast wasn´t included.

I like the hotel lobby, and the staff, spotless and smell good. Very close to train station Chamartin, Metro and bus. Around the corner of a museum, and restaurants nearby. Good views from the top floors. LOVED amenities in the bathroom, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap!

Only minor complaint was the fact that the Hotel Bar/Coffee shop was closed and we had to go outside to eat in the evening

The shower water was constantly changing from warm to cold. The hair dryer didn’t work properly. The rooms feel a bit dated.

It was strange when the maid collected the wet towels and folded them neatly in the bathroom. In the evening the towels were stinking , still wet and no one knew which towel was his :-(. This is the first time I have seen this approach.

I arrived late after a concert at the stadium, the check-in was already done early in the morning and I just had to get my bags and the room ticket. I had 5 hours to sleep. The receptionist insisted that I should fill out a survey on the tablet, even when I explained to her that it was really late and I would really like to sleep in the few hours I have. This bureaucracy could have been done when I checked in or even online, getting rooms at such a time should be quick and efficient The room itself did not have enough plugs to charge a mobile phone and a portable battery

Some fittings and decoration a bit tired and dated in the room / corridors - scratches to tables, chairs etc. Tea / coffee provided in room but the kettle was leaky and only instant coffee - a Nespresso machine (or similar) in the room would be a good update.

Spacious room, immaculately clean bathroom with very good shower. Loved the view from the big windows on the 9th floor. Helpful reception staff when I arrived very late at night and on departure. Good selection at breakfast.

I’m disappointed as the property says that is located walking distance from Chamartín Train Station (600 mts away), which is not true. The reality is that a taxi is required as is 1200 mts away. Bar & Restaurant closes at 10:30 pm very early for a hotel in a city like Madrid…

Have travelled extensively over the years and stayed in numerous hotels - absolutely nothing to complain about only a minor gripe about there being only 2 elevators for access to the higher floors - needless to say they were very busy at peak times (breakfast, checkout etc)

This booking turned out to be an excellent choice for me. Everything about the hotel was exactly as described on its web site and fully deserving of its 4 Star classification. Superb location just across the road from the Metro and bus terminal and conveniently placed amongst a large assortment of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Travel on the Metro throughout the city was very swift and easy although the trains could be overly crowded at peak times. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous with an amazing buffet breakfast. I will certainly be staying here again on any future trip to Madrid-
