We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe clientele is quite old and quite German. While these guests were certainly respectful and quiet, if you are a younger person or someone looking for the romance and excitement of travel, the mood and vibe of this hotel is very much more retirement home than exotic beach getaway.
The rooms were very clean and modern. The ocean views were nice. The Breakfast buffet was quite large with many options, and above all it was a good deal.

United Kingdom-Although close to the beach, the hotel does not have sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach. If you would like to be on the beach, either you buy yourself an umbrella or pay €19.50 a day for the private concession that belongs to the restaurant. - the hotel pool is only opened from 10-18pm. I beleive its too little time for the high season of summer. - if you want a towel for the pool/beach (and you havent brought yours) you will have to pay €10 euros per towel + €10 euros deposit per towel. - the sunbeds+ umbrellas by the pool are 18€ per week per each sunbed. You dont have to reserve/pay, but if everyone else does, you wont have space to lay by the pool.
Hotel is close to the beach. Staff is exceptional, super attentive and nice. Always smiling. Food was very good, with a good variety.

United KingdomBreakfast smokers outside that meant it was not pleasant to sit out there and eat... would recommend creating a space for them that did not impact other guests. Also parking - but maybe we needed to book that in advance (so more a note to myself to be more organised!)
A really nice spot. Been coming to this area for years, and first time deviated to a different hotel. Loved the ease to the beach, and the beach cafe there is worth a visit - best goats cheese salad! It is a clean space, really friendly staff, super close to the strip of shops in the centre.

FranceAs an all inclusive, it’s a shame that you have to pay extra for towels and to secure long chairs by the pool.
Very happy with our stay there. Everything was on point. The room was clean at arrival and cleaned everyday. All the staff were really nice. The view of the beach from the room is absolutely amazing and hearing the peaceful sound of the waves in the morning and night was a blast. The beach was also nice and not too crowded. The buffet had lots of variety and good food. We didn’t hire a car but buses will take you around if needed. We will return and 100% recommend.

United KingdomA minor thing - there could be more fresh vegetables at breakfast.
I really liked the area but it's a personal preference. It was not as touristic as around Palma and was much quieter but I can understand some people could find it a bit boring. I definitely preferred this smaller beach in the vicinity of a few hotels and mountain villas rather than a city beach. You can find a few bars/restaurants at the beach and a few local shops and restaurants around. The room size was sufficient for two, and the balcony view on the sea was great. The hotel opted for eco friendly solutions which is very positive (own refillable natural cosmetics, water refill stations, towel change policy). To get from the airport to the hotel, you can book a bus service provided by the hotel. There is a local bus nearby which can get you to a few places alongside the east coast if you want to do a bit of sightseeing. You can also visit a beautiful cave nearby.
