The mattresses were too hard and it would help to have screens on the outside doors. The sound of the neighbor arguing with her husband kept my daughter awake.

The location was great. It was close to a grocery store, and within walking distance to several restaurants. It was clean and the managers were helpful.

The lounge was a little uncomfortable but certainly not bad. We think it was a sofa bed although we never checked.

Great apartment with a quite well equipped if small kitchen. The bed was comfortable and daily servicing was a treat. We found the location great as first time visitors to Barcelona, walking distance to everything within around 20 minutes. Brilliant cafe just down the street on the corner and a great little sup within about two minutes walk.

The toilet was a bit too small.

24 hrs reception. Parking garage. Good and secure location. The room is decent with kitchen and a small washing machine. Quiet at night. The bed was comfortable enough. Good value for money. Highly recommend.

There was some noise from other guests in the apartment building - particularly on the Friday night.

Location was excellent. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and dealt with any requests promptly. Overall, and excellent stay!

Fabulous property in a great central location, ideal for a family of 6 adults in a 3 bed duplex apartment ,very clean, and a fantastic outdoor space.The staff were so helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had by tx message.

The shower was tiny, which was odd because the designer had the room to make it a bit larger. Also, at times there was a bad smell emanating from the bathroom sink. Overall the apartment was terrific.

Good sized, well equipped, clean, modern. safe, quiet apartment near the Metro and many key attractions. Lots of light from floor to ceiling windows, with great blinds. Daily housekeeping was excellent.

Street noise was noticeable even with double glazing. Bed a little small for our liking. No clothes dryer but there was an airer.

We liked the location and the modern well equipped apartment. Very close to several supermarkets and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff very helpful and check in was available early.

I was assigned a two-room apartment on a high floor, and it had a view to the back of the hotel and was quiet. Afterwards, I stayed in a one-room road view apartment on the lower floor, but it was noisy.

The second bedroom was a bit tight and didn't have any wardrobe facilities, although there was a small bedside chest of drawers. Lounge was uncomfortable.

This hotel apartment was reasonably comfortable with good facilities. Access was easy as there is a 24 hour reception at the hotel with luggage storage if needed. Enjoyed having an oven in the kitchen and it had the basic equipment you needed. Main bedroom was good and the apartment got serviced daily. They also gave some good recommendations for nearby restaurants and provided a map of Barcelona which was very helpful.

We took a taxi from airport and quite easy to find the apartment. Location is quite and safe for travellers. The front desk is always friendly to help (didn't catch the names as they changed shift). We got flight to Lisbon in early morning around 0500AM and the front desk help to book a taxi for us.
