The is no replenish of washing machine detergent, no replenish of coffee (both need to buy from housekeeping). The cleanness is not quiet up to our standard, there are wears and tears on the floor and tables. The rooftop sauna is a pay facility, the charge is 50 euro per 30 minutes for 2 persons.

Excellent location and very well built/renovated apartment. We (5 guests) stayed in a 4 beds 3 baths apartment, furniture and beds are comfortable, pillow menu is a bonus. Helpful staff. The apartment have nice decoration throughout. Kitchen is well equipped but there is no nonstick frying pan, no aluminum foil provided.

The full kitchen was wonderful, high quality appliances that made using it very easy. the washer/drier unit was very good and efficient; we were able to do laundry twice after a long stretch with no access to laundry facilities, so it was very welcome. Overall the unit's furnishings were far better than we expected, it was an apartment we would live in...

The 5th bedroom (in the 2nd floor apartment) is not as big and has no natural light. For a group of 5 friends staying in the apartment in meant we had to draw straws for this room...

Cleaning need more improvement there are dust on corridors and rooms and as I stayed for 10 nights need to vacuum it every two days at least

They only give you 4 bottles of filtered water a day and we were a group of 6 who are often thirsty ! ONE attendant seemed annoyed when we asked for more . Most others did not mind as we did ask for a a lot but it was summer and warm out . Also we were on a low floor so could hear street noise at night as there is no other noise at night which was nice ( couldn’t hear upstairs guests at all ).

Huge ! Clean ! Perfect location ! safe . It was an amazing place to stay . as an avid runner i appreciated the gym with treadmill . We loved the roof deck which was lovely with a nice small pool to cool down in and a nice view too. Gaston was wonderful. The beds are so comfortable . The bathrooms were very nice - everything was updated — new and clean . Having a washer dryer was nice. the AC worked well . The loaned us beach towels which was so nice as we forgot to pack ours .

We chose not to have the daily cleaning service as we were working by night at a festival and keeping opposite hours to most people but apartment could have been better stocked initially. not enough towels for the amount of people staying - one toilet roll in communal bathroom. these things were easily put right by a call to reception but still there was also plenty of room in the cupboards to stock it so we did not have to ask. the thing that knocked this review down a point is that there was one dishwasher tablet. when we went and asked for more they charged us a euro each. staff were apologetic but told us it was policy. This charge may have been rescinded by a stern letter to owners from one of our party. I didnt look as I dont care about the euro but when you are paying mid thousands of euros for a 3 night stay this is not really acceptable. Just leave 5 in the first place so we can wash up without a drama.

Lovely classy apartment. The roof terrace is very nice and it is very central. the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
