Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities, but these generally didn’t seem to be available in Northern Spain.

Beautiful house and room, very peaceful and lovely views. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Parking available. Nice breakfast, and option to take some of it away for the day.

Everything about the place. Such a wonderful hosts. The location is perfect to explore both Oviedo and Gijon. Wonderful breakfasts were served each morning. The place have everything you need. Loved the whole experience.

Very convenient and comfortable place to stay in a quiet position overlooking a gorgeous valley. Francisco speaks excellent English and is the most charming and knowledgable host who is full of suggestions for places to see and routes to take and for restaurants in the nearby town. He was very kind to us and justifiably proud of his native Asturias. Breakfast was delicious and even Included a wrapped up picnic roll for the road. If you want a convenient stop after the Santander ferry whilst heading west like us to Galicia you should stay here with Francisco. Parking for the motorcycle is very secure, right outside your bedroom window!

I could not think of anything that I disliked about our stay

Excellent accommodation In a rural setting. Francisco(our host) was wonderful. The breakfast was really good and included a fantastic array of foods beautifully served.

Nothing … a note to bring any drinks or snacks with you as rural and no drink facilities . We brought our own wine and snacks and enjoyed watching the sunset on the terrace

A place where you are immersed in nature looked after by a wonderful host . The house and grounds are stunning set in a beautiful valley . With friendly cats, fresh lemons to pick and a bountiful breakfast of local products . We did not want to leave ! Already planning a return for longer 🤞🏼

Francisco is great host, he will explain you everything, location is great, everything is in 15 min, but you will enjoy in peace and nature... breakfast is si good 👍 Highly recommended to everyone, couples, friends and family....👍

This is a great place to stay. Located in the green hills between Oviedo and Gijon it offers a lot of possibilities for daytrips. The host is very kind and knows a lot about the history and geography of the region. He offers an excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, homemade yoghurts, toast and more. The house, surrounded by lemontrees, is very charming and the beds are comfortable. It has everything you need.

Everything was just PERFECT!

Everything was just PERFECT! The location, the house, our room with a view, the hosts Francisco and his brother Juan, the cats esp. The little naughty one. We booked for 3 nights, but ended up staying 5 nights. We just couldn't leave! We can’t rate more than 10, but it is certainly a 10 plus.

T'he house is magnificent: clean, cozy, nice... And Francisco, the owner, has been most helpful. Breakfasts were lovely, with homemade products...

Francisco was always willing to provide anything but a means of having a drink or water in the room after a long drive would be nice.

Beautiful rural location. Wonderfully clean and cared for. Freshly prepared breakfast. Very kind, helpful host with excellent English.

The bed was very uncomfortable.. Possibly a feather mattress. No tea making facilities in the room.

Frank was lovely and speaks very good English. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
