Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We expected a beautiful place to stay in the countryside, but Casa Rural Jesuskoa exceeded our expectations. Excellent rooms, a big attic with books, quiet music, and comfy armchairs. Both breakfast and dinner were marvelous; we didn't expect such quality. Very friendly and enthusiastic staff.

Czech RepublicNice place, very stylishly, tastefully and aesthetically furnished. Perfect service. Very pleasant, willing and dedicated staff. They were making me a good dinner, even if it was closed already. I was a pilgrim just walking and they were willing to take me to the nearest city. They use their own products. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruits, wide offer, I enjoyed it for two hours. As bonus nice and very kind and cute dog.

PeruThe breakfast and the dinner were amazing, really fantastic food made with local produce. At night we have been able to sit by the fire in the conservatory area. It would be a great place for families with the animals, grounds and play area. The owners are really helpful and kind. It a great location if you have a car, to drive to different towns and into the countryside. Lots of nice cosy nooks to enjoy a morning coffee or a warm evening

NetherlandsThe personel couldn't make clear how the breakfast works. They told me they would serve the breakfast and that it was no buffet. However the served breakfast only consisted of bread and egg while there were plenty other types of breakfast like yoghurt, cheese, marmelade et cetera available near the kitchen. It was very unpleasant not to be understood.
At arrival the personel was very helpful and proactive.
