It’s very private, quiet, removed from the bustle of tourism close to the coast. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Perfect to just rest and unwind for a few days. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean and well presented.

It’s a really quiet, tranquil place. The staff were so lovely, Genko was super helpful especially when we had a problem with our car. Manoli was so kind and helpful as we practiced Spanish with her at breakfast. You’ll need a car to get around here but it’s a wonderful, relaxing hotel and the breakfast was superb with traditional Spanish jams, cheese and tomato tostado and more. We didn’t want to leave

You need a car for this property. I walked 45 minutes up a hill to find an ATM! There is 1 taxi driver but he was very unfriendly and expensive. His price also went up one day to the next!

Breakfast was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room/bed was comfortable and lovely. The swimming pool/jacuzzi were the perfect way to cool down! I really liked the honesty bars as well.

A secluded small hotel in a quiet area with a view on a large property. The ideal place to relax and feel at ease. Everything is lovingly designed, and there are many opportunities to use the outdoor kitchens, grill, or cook. Self-service for ice, snacks, and various beverages is offered. Breakfast and service were excellent. The staff is very attentive, helpful, and friendly.

The location is about 20 - 25 minutes from Sant Joan, Alicante (including the airport) and well located to visit towns like Altea or even Valencia. The breakfast is the only meal served, however is a absolute highlight with fresh Spanish products, fresh fruits, eggs made to order, yoghurt, fresh coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. This boutique hotel has soft drinks, beers, wines, spirits, snacks and ice cream available in the resort. You keep track of your own consumptions (reasonably priced) and pay on departure. We loved this concept! Worthwhile returning for sure! Muchas gracias a todo el equipo!

I was in need to start learning Spanish, but not a big issue with google translate.

Every little detail was well organized, the check-in was done smoothly. The facilities were nice and quiet, you have your own intimacy but also common area where you can prepare your dinner, even make a barbecue outside. The terrace has the view to the sunset where you can enjoy the dinner or a drink. The design of the property is very well thought out and cozy. I enjoyed the warm water in the pool even it was April. Highly recommended.

Absolutely not very single thing, the staff it’s amazing, location, it’s very silent, lovely pool with everything needed. The breakfast belongs to heaven and Manoli it’s so kind! There was another lady also very kind.

I love everything in my stay. I love the place, beds, garden, the view. Casa rural Canelobre is so peaceful and clean, smells good. I really love the concept of honesty in there. You take what you want and write it down. No servers or waiters bugging around and you can just relax by yourself in your own term. The pool is heated and you can enjoy the jacuzzi the whole day until 8 in the evening. We enjoyed the terrace where we can just sit and enjoy the Spanish mountains straight from our room. The people working there are really friendly and feels like family. To optimized your stay is to have a car, or take taxi to the city. If you are a person who love the chaos from city, then maybe Casa Rural Canelobre is not a match, but if you want to really relax and just visit the city once then this hotel is perfect.

Everything. The hotel was beautiful, such attention to detail. The pool area exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was really good- varied and very well presented. Fantastic Red wine collection, great white and rose wines available. Rooms were a great size, big bathrooms with a large bat. Staff / owner - so helpful, so friendly, we felt very at home and did not want to leave. 100% we will be visiting again.
