Nothing to criticise. Everything was perfect. One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been.

A very special and beautiful place designed in the style of a Roman Villa. Everything is made with a lot of love. I received a warm and friendly welcome, a very relaxing massage and a celestial time alone in the Therma. Also, the dinner (in Roman costumes) was wonderful. According to my wishes, I got a vegetarian menu which was extremely delicious. The atmosphere of this place is just wonderful.

Carmen gave clear, interesting information about the Roman house, baths and dinner. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the baths were very relaxing, the dinner was tasty and plentiful. As walkers on the Camino, this was a welcome respite.

I was on the Camino and this place was heaven. The hosts were amazing and I loved the Roman bath and atmosphere. So very kind to me which is sometimes what people need more than anything.

The staff were very helpful and wanted us to join in the Roman theme by dressing in Roman garb which was fun. The dinner menu had the same influence and was worth trying. Breakfast was fresh and well prepared

There was nothing we did not like.

This property is amazing and very peaceful and relaxing. The local bar a minute away provided ice cold beers and a great lunch. The property itself has been built and designed with real attention to detail. The room was clean cool and comfortable with lots a room. The shower was great. Our dogs had treats and water laid out in the room on our arrival. Clear information provided for all facilities. The evening meal was excellent value, very tasty with exceptionally priced wine. Breakfast was also great; very generous with the fresh orange juice. The outside space was lovely. The pool was a brilliant way to cool off and nice too see one that wasn’t bright blue. The owners and all staff were very friendly, warm and could not do enough to make our stay a great experience. Totally recommend, particularly if you want a day trip to Merida. We will definitely be staying again but next time for two nights!!

The bed was a bit firmer than I am used to, but others may prefer it that way

The ambience of the hotel was superb. The Roman theme continued throughout the hotel. Despite arriving after 22:00, the restaurant prepared a wonderful meal. Pet friendly......... Cannot state enough how welcome our dogs were made. Each had a bowl provided, and there was some dogs treats and poo bags provided Thoroughly recommend this hotel and the welcoming staff

We enjoyed every minute of our stay beginning with the warm welcome. Noemi is an exceptional and thoughtful host. She was enormously helpful in arranging taxis for us. Her assistants, especially Diana with whom we had the most contact, were very anxious to please. The meals (breakfast and dinner) were excellent and beautifully served.

This is a very original and unique place to stay and I wish our plans had allowed us to stay for more than one night. The design of the entranceway, garden, and rooms were peaceful, beautiful and comfortable. Very helpful, attentive, and kind owners.

Absolute best ever! Kind loving Naomi and her crew offered a warm welcome in s real Roman experience with traditional baths, masssages,architecture and food. The best place I have ever stayed. Lots of fun! Terrific!
