Nothing, it was all excellent.

Emilia was an amazing host, she organised our airport transfers to and from the airport, and even allowed us to store our cases on the final day, making sure the taxi picked us up on time and from the correct location. She was very quick to respond any time we required her help, and done everything she could to make sure we had a great stay at her apartment. The apartment was spacious, plenty of room for all 10 of us on the trip. It was very clean and tidy, there was plenty of bedding and towels for everyone, as well as toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The balcony area was great to sit and look over the main strip in Benidorm. The location of the apartment is absolutely ideal, directly on the main strip, with a secure entrance to the grounds. With the doors and windows closed there was no excess noise from the street. The building in general is very well maintained, the lifts work perfectly, and the gardens are kept very tidy and the residents are quiet and polite. The air conditioning worked well when we needed to cool down in the evenings. All of the usual things you'd expect like the cooker and the fridge worked without any issues. The pool area was amazing, a wonderfully large, deep pool to ourselves as no one else in the building seemed to make much use of it. It was perfectly clean and well maintained by the on site staff who checked in every so often. The beers left in the fridge upon arrival were a really nice touch, and summed up Emilia as an excellent host. It was very much appreciated and I will definitely stay in Emilia's apartment next time I visit Benidorm.

The property is in a fantastic location near the beach, amazing views and such a beautiful property, the terrace is perfect for relaxing and the host was the friendliest and nicest person we have met! We would come back here in a heartbeat, amazing place and Emilia made sure if we needed anything at all she was there to help us throughout our stay. 100% recommend for anyone travelling to Benidorm

We liked everything.

There wasn't anything to dislike. Emilia was an absolute perfect host. She offered her help whenever we may have needed it. The beds are so comfortable. The apartment literally had anything you could think of in it. It was clean and spacious for us 10. Location wise, it is perfect. Right in the heart of the party area. We would definitely use this apartment again. Just take earplugs for bedtime if you have sensitive hearing. It's opposite a very busy bar. This did not bother us as we knew the location.

The location is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Benidorm New Town, we were within walking distance of some of the most iconic landmarks, vibrant markets, and delicious local eateries. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, it felt like stepping into a page of a design magazine. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to whip up some delicious local dishes with ingredients sourced from nearby markets. The bedrooms were cozy and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. One of the standout features was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace. It offered panoramic vistas of the city, including stunning sunsets that left us in awe. The property was amazing, great location right in the middle of everything. It was immaculate and also super spacious. The host was super helpful and contactable at all times to help with transfers and anything else that was needed.

Everything was just perfect

Everything about this amazing Apartment we loved this was a last minute booking and how lucky were we that we found it .. the Apartment itself inside was outstanding there was Everything we needed Emilia our host was just the best she had Everything we needed right there for us .. The location was perfect the beach just a short walk away and the nightlife right on our doorstep. The view from our balcony was just beautiful we woke up to a sea view every morning and the weather just made it even better.. Emilia your home is outstanding and you were the best host we met bot knowing each other but as you said we left as Friends ❤️

Absolutely stunning apartment, with an even better location! My stay here with a small group of friends was a 10/10 on all levels. Beds were comfy, a well stocked kitchen, towels, shampoo and conditioner all provided. I cannot recommend this place enough, and the host Emilia was brilliant!

Nothing, everything was great. We couldn't find any wine glasses but drinking Rioja out of a prosecco glass really was no biggie!

From start to finish of booking this accomodation it exceeded our expectations , the apartment is beautiful and attention to detail flawless, Our host Maria communicated with us every step, arranged our superb transfers , met us at the apartment on our arrival and departure , Left us champagne for our celebrations to begin , one of the best accomodations and hosts I have booked , I just hope future people will look after this beautiful apartment as you can tell Maria has put her heart and sole into this and helping her guests enjoy their stay so for that I thank her
