There was nothing not to like. The carpark was useful but a bit tight!

We had a spacious, clean and comfortable room. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the centre. The free coffee facility was very useful.

Underground car park is a challenge ! Hotel has a deal with local public parking that may a easier to negotiate - particularly if your car isn’t small!

The room next to the lift was very noisy, people walking past talking loudly all night and kids running down the corridor.

The air on was loud and the sound insulation between rooms wasn’t brilliant.

Nice,clean and contemporary perfectly located at the top of the old city centre so it wasn’t too noisy outside.

Cannot fault the location of the hotel to the main part of the city and surrounding attractions. The hotel was spotless , the staff so welcoming and a lovely breakfast in the morning and it was so cheap. A huge bonus to me was free coffee from machines throughout your whole stay. Loved it and would definitely recommend it

We didn’t dislike any of the hotel!

Location is perfect for the shops/bars/restaurants, it’s all flat walking and only takes around 5/10 minutes Rooms are lovely and big, comfortable beds. and lots of storage. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is an extra 8€ it’s all continental.

The AC was not cooling good & there is no view.

The staff were very nice & helpful. The location is very good, few minutes walk to the main square where there are clothing shops and all the restaurants, icecream shops & coffee shops. However I was shocked to find 1 dirty stinky towel & pillow on the top shelf in the closet. The room doesn't have any view like in the photo. It faces other residential buildings. There was also renovation in the hotel reception & lobby area, which I was not informed of. But they compensated us with a goody bag every morning, although I have booked without breakfast, and the best part is that there were 2 coffee machines where you can get free coffee, hot chocolate, cappucino as much as you want. Also the AC on the lowest stand was not cooling good enough. All in all for the €135 I paid for 2 nights for twin bedroom I loved it, and the bed was very comfy. I would definitely book again if I ever revisit Cartagena. I fell in love with this magical & historical city.

Tea/coffee facilities not available in the room

The hotel is under going renovation work at the moment so breakfast was not available but a picnic option was on offer for free. There was free coffee etc on offer in the foyer. When the work is complete it will be a little gem so close to all amentities. Would certainly return.

We were not told about the promotions until after we checked in and then advised we had to set them up at the check in.

Clean and simple room adequate for our needs in a fantastic location.

The isolation was very bad. You could hear neighbours above, next door, and the noise coming from outside up to late time or early mornings. Internet was not the best. The connection was not so strong, and TV used old DTV broadcasting.

I have to say the location of the hotel was excellent and it was a clean environment. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels, bedding were provided every day, and polite and nice staff. Also, we had the chance to stay another 3 extra hours at extra cost on the last day as our trip to the airport was late afternoon. Thank you for your cooperation.

I think the minuse would be that hotel doesnt have parking, but on the other hand it is public parking near hotel.

The location is very good. As for bed and breakfast it was perfect (for 1 night).

Lovely comfortable hotel with good parking for motorcycle. Great location for exploring Cartagena.
