Beautiful hotel, lovely staff , we felt we had gone back in time ,,excellent location

The room was small and had no view at all, but I didn't expect much for that money anyway. The breakfast was ok for one time, but it could have been more varied. I didn't like that people are allowed to smoke in the terrace when others are eating breakfast.

It's a great value for money. The shower was good, the bed was ok. The location is nice and central. You get what you need for a short stay not more not less. But it's much cheaper than other options.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the aircon worked perfectly. The bathroom was brilliant and four-star at least. The hotel is ideal because it is right in the city centre.

Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. The hotel might seem a little strange, because it just occupies the 4th floor of the huge building. You might think that the whole building was a Grand Hotel once but had to cut costs and therefore rented the other floors to businesses and people. But that is not the case, like they told me.

The hotel is on the edge of the city center pretty close to the "tapas street" Calle Navas with dozens of restaurants for every taste. Some restaurants sprayed cold water - like a nebula - to make the heat bearable. The heat is very dry, so I had really no problem with that. Humid heat is way more terrible. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the building, everything within walking distance. The staff was super nice and especially the Cuban guy who was really helpful with information. I also could store my luggage after check-out. 12 am is check-out, in my experience a pretty late time for it, so there was really no haste. I don't like to get up early so I always missed the optional breakfast buffet (EUR 6,00).

The room is pretty small for 4 beds and the furniture is old and pretty used. Not worth the money.

The whole building needs a coat of paint. The floors are linoleum pads. I understand the lights subject to the card key but NOT the water. We actually woke up w/o water and after a long time of them trying, they finally gave us another room.

The staff works very hard to keep you happy. The location is very good. The balcony is a pleasant surprise.

The parking was very tricky, not recommended if you have a big car, the bathroom smelled badly of drains & noise overnight from the bottle recycling being emptied!

The accommodation is in the old part of town. Staff friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is delicious.

Clearly an old hotel, now only on one floor, which has tried to be modernised. Tiny breakfast room with very little choice. No parking on-site - it is a few streets away. Seems to have one staff member doing everything

The breakfast could be a bit better: use less pre-packaged, mass produced stuff (which you can find in the supermarket next door) and include more local products and a greater variety

Lovely hotel with reasonable prices for such a touristic area. We were travelling as a family and the room was spacious and clean although we didn't have much of a view. It was quiet though and had an amazing power shower which our kid couldn't get enough of! The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The breakfast room was a little small and a tad chaotic.

4th floor room with a balcony and good views over the City. Great location. Lots of bars quite closer and a supermarket right next door.
