We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainThere was nothing there that I did not like. Quiet area for the centre of town. Close to all the amenities and the port and castle. Difficult to park there but I went on the free parking at the port and left my car there for two days. No problem.
The biggest bed I have slept in and so comfy. The room was ideal for me and was perfectly spotless. Central location and only 150yards to the beach. A short walk to plenty of eateries. Adjacent to the hotel was a cafe. Ideal for breakfast. Returning again in four weeks.

SpainSounds carried a bit between the rooms and we had loud neighbours in the room next door. I requested a balcony through messenger on booking.com, as it was a special occasion and we wanted a bit of outside space, but my response wasn’t acknowledged and we didn’t get one, which was a shame. It would be nice to have the option to pay a bit more to ensure you get a balcony.
The beds were very comfy, as were the pillows. The room was really clean and well-sized. Parking is also really good value at 10€ in a garage very close to the hotel.

This is an older hotel but not without a certain charm. The hotel is on the main street in Àguilas very close to the seafront. The room was comfortable enough with a good shower. The main reason for visiting Àguilas was for the annual carnaval in February. Our room on the second floor had a balcony looking over the street, so we had a ringside seat for the four hour parade. Spectacular. Breakfast is provided in the café next door, the hotel will give you a voucher to cover the cost. Decent breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very attentive and helpful. I liked the fact that breakfast was served in the cafe next door, great idea as we got speaking to locals who could give us advise on places to visit.

Friendly welcome, huge comfortable bed, big room with great bathroom including a bath. Accommodating for bike storage. Great breakfast at the bakery next door.
