Nothing, I loved it all.

This hotel was marvelous. I had a huge apartment so I know others who stay here may not share the same experience, but the amenities we all shared like the pool, and breakfast buffet and grounds were amazing. I was so happy I chose this place. I loved the quality of service, and staff overall. I loved the free coffee machine by the pool that I didn’t discover until the night before I was leaving. The charm of the historic structure was pleasant to behold. Really glad we stayed here.

I liked everything!

the hotel is extremely well situated, and is a beautiful hotel. The pool area is so inviting, and the breakfasts were super. The room had air conditioning, and was very comfortable. The hotel wifi worked well. The staff who work at the hotel are so friendly, they make you fell very welcome, very nice when you are a lone traveller.

just issue when checked in, I got the wrong room, was an issue on booking.com which the Hotel apologized for, and I was moved to the original room with pool view the next morning.

Lovely room Great view of the pool, very large bed, very comfortable, Great buffet breakfast, lots options and variety to choose from. Nice pool, quiet hotel to relax and getaway from everything. 3 minute walk to the seafront. Very clean, friendly staff.

Nothing major for here, I think they have the facilities available to be able to provide small snacks/sandwiches etc (at a cost obviously) and that they could be missing out by not having these but it's not an issue, just a comment. There is a fridge in the room for any snacks you might want to buy.

The staff were amazing, I had originally booked a superior double room however the week prior my partner ended up in a leg brace and on crutches so I requested a room on the ground floor, this was no issue whatsoever. Despite the room & bathroom being disability accessible it was perfect - some can be more dated than other rooms. The breakfast was lovely and there was so much selection. The pool area was nice and chilled out with plenty of beds for the number of rooms. The hotel is central and is only about a 10/15mins walk from the train station which is perfect.

I liked it all.

The hotel is perfectly situated with restaurants and beach close by. The family run hotel is so comfortable, super clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. All staff, without exception had a smile on their faces and were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had a large variety of both hot and cold food, juices and fruit. The choice was was plentiful.

The room’s noises travels from other floors, it is a 10 minutes walking from public transport, which makes it great as the area is residential and good but then if not driving it could be a bit of a walk.

It would be nice to have a lounge chair by the pool that folded down all the way.
