Belgiuma rather small swimming pool and relaxing area for such a big hotel. It was always full, crowdy and extra service for a five star grand luxe was missing. Definitely an topic to work on.
This hotel has been built like a small town. You can easily walk around through the narrow streets and encounter a nice restaurant or bar. At the checking in, we got a personal service, with advise, tips on what to do. The rooms (suites) are spacious and very luxureous. The staff is always friendly and supportive, something we truly appreciated as my spouse is disabled and needs extra care. Tip : definitely book a spa-treatment. It is worth every penny.

TunisiaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Capvermal Hotel in Majorca, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The hotel's location is good but you will need a car to go to the city or Beach. Our room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, with a balcony that provided a stunning view of the sunset each evening. The hotel's restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, including both local specialties and international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries …. Additionally, the hotel's amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed spending afternoons lounging by the pool, and the spa offered a range of relaxing treatments that enhanced our vacation experience. The staff was attentive and eager to help us make the most of our stay, providing excellent recommendations . Overall, our stay at the Capvermal Hotel was wonderful. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and beautiful surroundings made it a memorable vacation destination with my wife . I would highly recommend it to anyone .

United KingdomThe pool area needs to be completely redone - the kids pool is not used at all, resulting in all of the babies and kids sharing the adult pool. Similarly, the smaller quieter pool feels very disjointed and uncomfortable with a complete lack of service from the pool bar. Worth the resort spending the money with a complete redesign, taking advantage of the incredible views over the mountains. The service by the pool could do with significant improving - they require one or two more staff members by the pool and from morning to late afternoon should be asking guests what they would like to order rather than hotel guests making the journey to the bar to ask for some water - lost opportunity for income for the hotel. The pool restaurant is tiny and felt like an afterthought. Generally, the hotel could do with more areas at their bars and restaurants taking advantage of the stunning scenic views of the mountains.
Beautiful property, extremely comfortable rooms (free minibar was a lovely touch). The quality of the food at the restaurants is excellent - significantly aided by the addition of Roka’s summer popup which has been there every year since summer 2020. Their tapas restaurant was also very good

Welcome champagne and cake…..exceptional. Breakfast was excellent. Room and view…very special. No mosquitos which was fantastic but no one would tell us what the secret was.

Hotel and food was amazing. The Adults only pool was perfect for us on our honeymoon. Gym was handy and quiet. rooms were fully equipped and water was always available. Valet parking and golf kart to your room was a nice touch after a long day exploring.

Everything was perfect! The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The facilities were fantastic & very clean. The rooms were spacious, bed was comfy, and the courtyard was so cute and peaceful. The whole ambiance of the place was so lovely & relaxing. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful whenever we needed them (even for a 3AM buggy pickup to reception heading to the airport). All the restaurants were delicious too!! Would recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing and luxurious stay.

United KingdomService at breakfast quite slow as the staff were overwhelmed. Some maintenance issues in the Spa pool and roof outside our room. The pools are shallow and small and not ideal for an adult to swim in, more for walking/cooling down in.

United KingdomThere was a bad smell in one area around the pool. The reception staff weren't very clear about our services and benefits while at the property which created some issues. Our minifrigide wasn't restocked even after an explicit request to do so to reception.
The location is absolutely amazing. The room is very comfortable and the little touches, like providing baby shower products and toys for our toddler were really appreciated. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Sri LankaThe only thing I didn’t think was great, was the totopos Mexican chips for room service. Small serving and overpriced for what it is. But this is such a minor thing.
We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are modern but still retain a Spanish style and charm. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily and kept to a very high standard. The common areas and facilities are stunning with the backdrop of the Rocky Mountain behind. Staff were excellent and every detail was considered. Food was excellent! Roka was the best Japanese meal of our lives and we eat this cuisine regularly. This is a luxe feeling hotel but still family friendly. Truly an excellent experience all round. We hope to come back!

DenmarkOutside our room there was not clean floors and things was still laying on floor during our stay. One restaurant eas not open until last day of our stay, but we feel we were there just before high season. Fitness room where the tv was not working. Smoke black and white from pipes just outside our room was not great.
