Outside our room there was not clean floors and things was still laying on floor during our stay. One restaurant eas not open until last day of our stay, but we feel we were there just before high season. Fitness room where the tv was not working. Smoke black and white from pipes just outside our room was not great.

All staff very service minded and always available and helpful. Breakfast very good and the selection was great and offered all you need.

There is no single thing we did not like even though me and my husband usually have very high expectations. I am so glad we have found this gem, we can not wait to stay with them again. :) Highly, highly recommended :)

This resort is out of this world. I mean, it feels like you are in a fairy tale, in a beautiful kingdom. The rooms are so clean, and spacious, the terrace is remarkable, the beds are perfect and comfortable for sleeping, bathrooms are large and so clean. In the resort, there are 5 different restaurants where you can try various delicious food. I particularly like the moment in the morning when all the guests come together for breakfast, the food is so delicious. Everybody is so polite, the staff is perfect, they made us feel like we are home! We rented a car via Sixt (recommended) and you can easily park at the property, there is a garage and a valet service, which is great and very useful to know if you plan to travel the island by car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful accommodating any requests that we had. The breakfast was wonderful! The waiter Juan Gabriel was just the BEST! Top service!!!

Little bit far from some city’s in the island but i found it not big issue as we loved driving around the island.

The services provided from the resort is exceptional, they even can arrange for you rental car to pick up from the resort and return it back for couple of days if you want with free valet parking as well as free breakfast every morning

The chocolate milkshake we ordered at the pool bar was one of the worst things we ever tasted. It said there was ice cream in it but it seemed like it was just cold water mixed with cocoa powder. They really need to up their game here.

The restaurants are fantastic and super varied. There was really little reason to leave the hotel since everything we wanted: pool, spa, food, gym was on site and super accessible. The surrounding vistas are stunning and the sunsets are something out of a postcard.

We arrived at the hotel 3 hours after the check in time and the room was not ready. The famous Voro restaurant was closed during our stay. It would be great to offer some kind of entertainment like cinema or 8 ball pool.

Marvellous place! Like a small village with its own church, river, almond and orange trees and ponds (the pools).

That’s a heavenly escape, such a beautiful hotel village with amazing views, luxury accommodation and perfect service. If you’re staying at this hotel you should visit all the restaurants located here (especially VORO). That was an unforgettable food experience.

The reception is super slow, you spend at least 20 min there for whatever will you do. The facilities for kids could be better and actually, as there is so much space in the hotel, it could well be placed a nice kids room that, even without a person to look after, kids could gather in the evening to play while parents are having dinner. This would avoid kids running in the middle of restaurants. The personal also should be better trained on Customer Service mindset and the team in the kids club is actually very bad! The food in the restaurants are good, however very expensive for what you get.

The room is really nice, the cleaning is also very good and overall the place has great facilities, views and atmosphere.

Not as easy to get to the beach. Can be difficult for children, more of an “adults-only” place, which is fine, just need to be aware before you book it.

Great rooms, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped. Excellent restaurant on premises. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The service was a bit slow from time to time, but the staff still tried to do all their best. The rooms Service food is not the best one.
