Our favourite hotel ,wonderful location,super clean ,food fabulous and great value .Like to give special thanks for all help and kindness to Jordi a true gentleman helpful always ,another shoutout to Isable helpful receptionist and finally to lovely Monica superb waitress,hotel cleaning staff should also be recognised for the superb job they do .

Nothing serious, just couple of points, which would not stop us to come back :) - Little bit problem with parking - even if you are willing to pay 23€/day at the hotel, it’s not always available, otherwise you need to be lucky to find some spot, especially during the day, when beach is full, it’s literally a hunt :)) - the light on the balcony is powered off automatically around 1am and the shadows in the room are not fully covering (we are used to sleep in complete dark) - in our room, cleaning ladies “refilled” the shampoo and shower gel bottles with water to make it look more full, but unfortunately it made the gel completely water consistency

- This is a great hotel, with excellent staff on a great location. - Ladies on reception were 11/10, very nice and helpful all the time, the same with restaurant staff. - Breakfast choices were excellent, freshly squeezed orange juice was the best. - We appreciated it was not too busy (maybe its the area, maybe because of September), there was always place on the beach (which is btw like 5 seconds from the hotel + very nice beach bar on it), clean beach and clean water, it was so nice we didn’t even use the hotel pool. - They have special shared locked space for bikes and city scooters. - water, coffee from coffee machine in the room - pet friendly - As a bonus, room had my absolute favourite “Rituals” hand wash, shampoo and cleaning gel. - we got bottle of sect last day :)

We have been regular visitors for over 20 years and it is extremely well maintained and improvements made every year. Also love the position facing the sea.

Small pool looks bigger in the picture, parking is an issue we were recommended a place to park by the hotel and our car was broken into, nothing of value was taken because we don’t keep anything of value in there but the contents of glove box all over the front seat! The would be thief’s clearly have a way of getting in without breaking a window! Just an FYI.

Nothing really. A few nice to haves would be contactless key cards as well newer TVs in the room with streaming services integrated.

Entry into the parking not suitable for big cars.

The room was spacious, very clean and well equipped, with a balcony. It was at the back of the hotel , but that made it quiet. The beach at Canyelles is beautiful - never too busy with a crystal clear sea. And that was literally the other side of the road.

No parking places available!!! We found an option nearby in a 5 Eur /day place (hotel is 25 Eur/day if available), but for hotel guests they asked for 10 Eur/day (to hold the place). Not a great experience to start vacation with. The sea view rooms are not best positioned - it’s very noisy during nights until 2 am due to bars nearby and cars (motos) passing by - not the fault of the hotel though. Pool is veeeery small (like kids pool, 1.4m deep). Dogs are allowed and, even if I see this as a positive thing overall, big dogs should be treated with more cautiousness (bumping into a big doberman randomly is bit scary if you are not used with dogs or travel with kids). Lights in terrace stay on until 2am - makes it hard to relax on the terrace at late hours. Midnight would be a better approach maybe. All of the above is fixable or independent of the hotel - despite it all we had a great stay!

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Daily cleaning service (and customer care), nice toiletries (Rituals). Rich breakfast with fresh orange juice and egg variety. The cheese variety is delicious. Good restaurant (Draculic). Amazing beach with clear water and activities onsite. Nice beach bar ( The Sloop) to rest in the shadow and have a cold drink. Helpful staff - hard working people who want to do their job in best possible way ( I really appreciated their efforts).

The towel hooks in the bathroom are placed upside down, so your towel will almost always fall to the ground and the shower door seal rubbers are also incorrectly placed, hence the shower door never stays closed. Minor but annoying glitches that should be pretty easy to get sorted out. Good luck to the management!

This really nice hotel is located right on the beach and is close to the town of Roses. The staff were very courteous and the breakfast was perfect. Roses is a good location and the hotel is in a quiet spot.

Pool is not large - but we were the only ones using it so this didn't matter.

Fantastic staff, great location next to beach, comfortable room, good selection for breakfast, peaceful, free pick up from local train station with areas of interest pointed out along the way. Walks / hiking possible right from the hotel.

The hospitality here was exceptional. We really enjoyed the fantastic buffet breakfast of awesome local cheeses and meats snd breads. Rooms were fully updated and very clean and comfortable. Very nice hotel

Internal and external soundproofing was poor - so could hear everything from outside and within hotel.

Room was comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the Platja was great. Breakfast superb.

The price of car parking at 25 Euros a night tipped the quality/cost equation a bit. And surely a price could be developed for long-stayers!

Facilities were first class, backed by exceptional customer service. This hotel leads the way.
