The lifts were confusing and you couldn't use the stairs. We got off at the wrong floor and had to wait 15 minutes to get another lift even though we were only going down 2 floors.

Really quirky foyer and comfortable beds. Loved the fact that there was a water dispenser near the lift. Great to bring water to the room and refill water bottles before heading out into the city.

The area nearby the hotel was a little strange. When we walked to el Corte Ingles or the metro station, we had to go through a very strange area that seemed deserted. At times there were homeless people around. I didn't feel that safe.

Location was close to Marathon activities, room was clean, hotel was nice looking.

Paid for a king bedroom and got a queen bedroom.

Difficult to find and horrible parking. You have to go through the bathroom to get into the bedroom. This is an awkward set up for someone to leave the room while someone else is using the bathroom given the opaque door.

Taxis and Uber sometimes tend to have problems find the right pick-up place as the hotel entrance seems to show as pedestrian zone on google maps.

Nice, modern hotel ambience including business facilities. Excellent location to start your sightseeing or shopping tour through Madrid. Great selection of good restaurants in the direct neighborhood of the hotel.

The hotel restaurant is good but a bit expensive.

Stayed 2 nights on way home after Camino hiking. Great hotel with large comfortable rooms and good facilities including a well equipped gym. Within walking distance of the airport metro line and close to one of Madrid's best shopping areas. Ideal for a weekend break or a business trip.

Breakfast is expensive but there are a number of cafes nearby.

Perfect location for the Bernabeu stadium and easy to access Madrid via public transport or taxi. Really good, clean room. Very friendly bar area.

Could only spend one night and had to fly out the next day.

Very modern and the lobby, bar, and restaurant on 1st floor were amazing. Room was very comfortable and stylish. Huge shower. Daniel at the restaurant hooked us up with our desire for ice cream. He went above and beyond. Short walk to the Metro "Red" line that takes you direct to MAD airport. Wished we could have stayed longer.

The property is very nicely decorated, staff is extremely friendly caring and all is super clean. There is a lot of attention to detail. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety and a lot of healthy options and vegan milks, I was surprised as this is something that’s still missing in a lot of other places.

Can't say I found anything I disliked.

Good quality of the hotel. The location was perfect for the purpose of our visit to Madrid. The public areas are nicely designed and inviting. The spacious size of the bedroom. Loved the bathroom and the room facilities. Didn't use the hotel facilities such as the gym and roof top pool as it wasn't practical for the short visit but they did seemed perfectly adequate.

Sometimes difficult with cabs as three places cabs can arrive, two entrances from street and one underground car park, cabs can arrive or drop at any based on google maps

Great location to visit Bernabeu. Close to public transport and multiple restaurants. Despite some technological hick-ups we were welcomed by very friendly staff. The food in the lobby warm was very tasty. The design of the room was styleful, with good attention to detail.
