a slightly brighter light in room 102 (a bit dark to see in wardrobes etc but kinda ok, also a step to get up into the bath would be useful.

The location is super, right in a very beautiful town. The room was huge (a family room) and so was the bathroom! Staff were friendly and welcoming to us and our dogs! The pool is absolutely stunning.

wouldn’t serve us a drink after 10.30 and we’re quite rude about it. thankfully the bar down the round gave us a carry out.

Lovely little town, big clean room, rooftop terrace for breakfast was very pretty and food was fresh, pool was great after such a hot day travelling round.

What I like the most about the property was that it was a beautifully restored building. The view from the breakfast terrace was spectacular and dining with the stars at night was the perfect setting!

Great location lovely spacious room we stayed in the building down the road it was superb even had its own pool. The parking was easy and the pool at the monastery was great. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Breakfast on the roof top terrace was great and the staff were lovely. Cannot rate this place high enough.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The whole hotel is so tastefully decorated and the rooms are lovely. The staff were all very very friendly. I can honestly say that I’ve stayed in 4 star hotels that don’t match this place. I ate in the restaurant which served gorgeous food at an unbelievable price. The pool is amazing and breakfast on the rooftop terrace just topped it off. The hotel is 100 years old this year and has been family owned since its doors opened. The current custodian should be proud of this place.

Lovely hotel right in the middle of town, the car parking and private pool are just a minute walk from the hotel. We were only here one night and wanted to visit Roses which was a short drive so didn’t get to try the hotel restaurant, but it looked family quality restaurant

Nothing. I can imagine that during the summer, when there are a lot of tourists around, parking could be an issue. Outside the busy period no problem at all.

Really nice hotel in the middle of this very nice old village. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast too, on the great rooftop with fantastic views.

the breakfast itself is quite basic and if you add fresh eggs to order and some fresh vegetables, it would be perfect.

great hotel. we don't know why they only have 2 stars. Loved the location, we received a huge apartment with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and balcony. very clean and comfortable. pool is great and in a unique location. Breakfast located on a balcony overlooking the whole village and sea. loved it.

There was no hand-soap in the swimming pool area and breakfast was very average.

Parking not nearby, breakfast was scarce on variety, just bread,cereal, cold meats. I was rather waiting for omlette or fried eggs. Shame

Everything - from the staff who were all really helpful polite and friendly, down to the room which was spacious and immaculately cleaned. Our room were serviced everyday and was left smelling lovely. The facilities were excellent pool area nice and clean within a short walking distance. Breakfast was great up on the terrace with views that went on for miles. All in all a great trip and will definitely be back, and will recommend to friends/family x x
