Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryRestaurant was open until 10pm. No tapas though. Chicken, burger, sausages or fish with chips and a salad were the options. Unfortunately my wife’s chicken fillet was very pink in the middle. Fortunately she noticed and we had to send it back to the kitchen to finish cooking it.
Decent bedroom with comfortable bed. Free parking on site but it’s limited. We managed to get one of the last spaces.

SpainAs two tall people, we were a bit large for the bed. The AC in the room was more of a gesture than a functional cooling device. The last renovation to this place was probably around the time it opened back in 1976. However, the fake plants were pretty impressive.
Genuinely felt like we were transported to Toronto, possibly circa 1976. Clean, comfortable room. The shower was a bit small, but can be a bathtub (with commitment from both parties involved).

RomaniaIt was a bit far away from any beach or old city center. By bus it was 30-40 min one way. One of the three beds had a more worn mattress.
It was clean. If you don’t stay out late you can even park the car inside. The staff was friendly.

Owners daughter was on reception when we arrived and was lovely, extremely helpful, nothing was any trouble. Nice meal in evening, great buffet type breakfast in morning. Good value and a great feeling around the hotel. Exceptionally clean room, a little basic but shower was excellent, little TV, small desk area, nice toiletries and a good hair dryer.

This was probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, and that includes 4 and 5 star hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful. And very secure gated parking.
