We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe rooms inside the building were a bit warm. But the rooms at the front have doors to small balconies which can cool down the rooms.
It was a very welcoming reception in this simple but well-located hotel. The hotel is very friendly for cyclist and they have an excellent place to store them and also e-bike to rent. The breakfast was sufficient and rather simple but the coffee was excellent. Nearby Hotel Sole offers great lunches and dinners.

EstoniaOnly one plug per room. Had to go through a lot of trouble to charge all our electronic devices for the next day. Walls were thin and you can hear the neighbours all the time.
Location was amazing, it was in the old town. Very beautiful street and buildings. The hotel building itself was very interesting, great to explore for the architecture enthusiasts. It was a bit sad that there had been very basic modern renovation done to this magnificent old building (I mean in the rooms and hallways), Would have liked to see how it looked like originally. There should be old photos of the rooms on the walls of the hotel. The room was small but it was OK. We liked that there was a sink in the room. Price was very decent.
