A coat rack or something similar for hanging coats etc would be nice. Also, one light switch did't work.

The toilet did not flush we had to use kettle refilled to flush it.

Bed comfortable. easy to reach sockets for recharging phone etc. 2 Chairs which is most unusual. Kettle and teabags. Close to tram stop. Good parking in secure garage for reasonable rate.

The place was a bit far from the city center, so if you do not have a car, you'd better use the tram. The nearest station is just opposite the hotel.

Everything was great taking into account the price of the room. It was fully equipped and did not look very old or used.

Location was a bit out of town and not much to do in the evenings. Nowhere to keep drinks cool. View from the window (a wall at about 3 metres), but we were out during the day so did not affect negatively.

A no-frills hotel with friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms which were more than sufficient for tourists who are out for a good part of the day and want a good nights' rest. Well-stocked assortment of savoury and sweet foods for breakfast. great value for money and, although quite basic, recommended for a brief stay. Car park and street parking available. Close to tram stop for the town centre.

The room next to mine seemed to be inhabited by a coachload. The walls are very thin, and you can hear every word and movement. In fact, for the best part of the evening, it sounded as if a complete refit was going on next to me. I played rock fm just to get some peace. When you are transiting through and have had a long journey and more to come the next day, think twice about stopping here.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. It was also an easy place to find. It has easy parking which was free and I only paid 10 euro for my dog.

Rooms facing the road could have some traffic noise problems. Also the thin walls between the rooms could cause some noise problems. Rooms have some wear and tear in some places, all is very clean though.

All was as can be expected in a Campanile hotel. No surprises. Friendly staff, good location close to a tram stop so the city centre is easy to reach, nice Campanile breakfast, room big and bed comfy. And the coffee and tea tray is back!

The decor was a little tired and the bath had significant amount of rust on the plug. The bathroom overall was in need of refurbishment.

The bed was very comfortable. And the room was a generous size. Tea making facility was a bonus.

Had 3 meals and wouldn’t recommend any of them. Completely raw hamburger on the one evening and then a raw pork chop the following evening.

It would have been nice to have been able to enjoy a glass of wine after a journey, but the bar only served coffee or beer, which we don't like. As it was a Sunday afternoon we struggled to find a restaurant in the area, and even though we drove into Murcia city, we found nowhere open. Ended up having a disgusting McDonald's

We liked Campanile Hotel, the staff were all very very nice. We told them we were in the area because our toy poodle was having an operation in Murcia university veterinary hospital. They were all caring, interested and wished us luck on departures

water for bath could be hotter, TV - English programs are dubbed over and the option on to change this with remote was blocked.
