It was a real hotel! Not hostal, or apartment. The area it’s quiet, big nice buildings around. Real window views to the street, and a walking path. A gas station near by. The bus is near by, and you can get a taxi here,they are about the same price from the train station. Taxi from the Alicante beach cost me 5.60 euros to the hotel at night! That’s amazing for me, because in Madrid taxis are more expensive. By the way it’s worth to visit Alicante.

Stayed here for one night and had no problems at all, hotel is clean and comfortable, nice little bar also, restaurant also although we didn't use it. Had a few beers on the bar terrace before leaving the next morning which was a very pleasant experience. Overall a good option for a city break within easy walking distance from the centre of town. The location / area is also very safe and the ample on site parking is very good and super secure. Easy access to Train Station, Buses and Alicante airport, book with confidence.

Less comfortable beds in double room. It is better to choose a room on the other, quiet side, not facing a little noisy main road.

Comfortable beds in twin room, less comfortable in double room. There is a small Carrefour shop at gas station 150 meters form the hotel. Nice room, clean, big bathroom, a new hotel.

The tea and coffee facility in our room continues to be unavailable since the Covid/pandemic, its does not need to be omitted from our room and was a benefit, although this wont change are thinking in regard to the hotel. Just to say that the hotel continues to advertise that it provides tea and coffee facilities within the room, although as stated, it does not.

Hotel provided a comfortable stay, its in a good location and we have been staying at the hotel 3 to 4 times a year since 2014, and our expectation to to continue useng the hotel, thank you

Very poor breakfast, no vegetables, scrambled eggs of very poor quality. Problem with towels when changing them daily. 3 days in a row we received only one set of towels despite daily intervention at the reception. Far from the center. Paper cups for drinks, no tea bags, no small fridge, no cutlery, very basic equipment. Time stopped in this hotel 20 years ago. The tub was rusty. In one word, drama.

Good location 5 minutes walk to C6 airport bus and 20 minutes to the city centre. The bar/restaurant offers a good menu at reasonable prices. The room facilities were adequate with a hot shower, gel/shampoo provided and fresh towels provided daily.

Lots of thing seemed like they could need a renovation. All in all not bad though.

We have been using this hotel several times each year since 2014, and the beverages, tea and coffee making facility within the rooms, were reduced to being provided from the reception when the Covid pandemic was here, all of which we understood because it was controlled in terms of people touching the packaging, although the facility has not been reinstated since the Covid has stopped being a major issue, the kettle remains in the room, although you are not even able to collect tea and coffee from the reception any more. Not an issue for us, although it does indicate a lack of service for the customer.

Strange smell in the bedroom, very tied hotel.

The parking was great that's main reason booked 1 night before a flight. Location 23mins walk to the centre which was fine to get dinner as a drink. Hotel room in need of refurbishment although bed was very comfortable, very cheap so you get what you pay for.

The breakfast for the coeliac could have been better. Very expensive for products from Mercadona. The breakfast in general was not very good and expensive for what was on offer.

The rooms were very basic and needed an update. They were clean and cleaned every day.

For the price paid I wouldn’t expect anything better,

Very convenient for the airport and a perfect place to be for an early morning take off. A clean and comfortable, no frills stay. Friendly staff and good parking. We will certainly use it again.
