The restaurants available for evening meals were underwhelming. In particular the so-called Italian restaurant was totally lacking in authenticity. We found British golfers, especially after they had spent too long drinking; loud, obnoxious, and vulgar. We know it can be difficult, but the hotel management might like to insider ways of toning them down.

The hotel itself is well designed and well maintained. The pool area was very nice, but unfortunately it was too cold to take a dip. The breakfast service was good, as were the reception staff.

Not much to say , the only downfall is knowing where to go for food , it was very clear so I didn’t end up eating

We hoped we would be able to play golf in the off-season without golf shoes as we were travelling light however we weren't allowed which was a shame. The golf course is run separately to the hotel so sharing this feedback so others don't make the same mistake as us silly Australians!

Beautiful resort hotel which was perfect for a one night stay on our road trip through Spain. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the indoor pool.

Was quite surprised with it being a 5 star hotel there was only one of everything in the bathroom when there was 2 of us. Expected a little more tea and coffee ect in the room too. The lights in the room were very wierd as well. You couldnt turn them off without them all going off or on. So we couldnt have the lamps on to read. Breakfast was great but they could do with supplying a better toaster.

Had an excellent stay here with my mum. Room was fantastic. Lunch at the Club House was very good and the service too. We had a meal at the Italian restaurant which was also very good and the breakfast plenty of. All in all it was a very comfy stay. Reception staff were very helpful even finding a charger for my mums phone.

Lack of investment but it’s been through a lot!

Had everything you needed, restaurants, spa, golf, supermarket pools. Large property, nicely laid out. It needs refurbished, it’s very clean and it has new owners so hopefully they will give it a refurb as it’s a lovely property.

Staff in the restaurant quite unfriendly. They also started setting up the tables for lunch while we were eating breakfast which was quite noisy. No water in the rooms due to a fault so unable to wash my face or have a shower before checkout and no apology or reimbursement offered. I know these things happen but it would have been nice to be informed.

The hotel did not provide air conditioning despite advertising it .The room was stiflingly hot and we were told the air conditioning was not in operation.The bathroom was very smelly with urine smell.

No music channels on the TV or option to change AV so we could put music on our firestick. Also, when we checked in we were handed a piece of paper with what's happening in the hotel, hours of spa etc. It stated Thursday night live music and Friday nights dj in the clover bar. This wasn't the case! The indoor pool area could do with a revamp as lots of flaking paint

I have to say the shower water leaked out of the shower door on the floor as the step wasn’t the right level to keep the water in.

The rooms and the rest of the hotel were immaculately clean and my room was huge. The bathroom was also very clean as well and well stocked with products for washing etc. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. I thought the price was very good for my stay. From my balcony I had a beautiful view overlooking the outdoor pool and palm trees. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.
