Just one thing: The Spa area is large and nice, but just 1 or 2 employees, really not good at massage, and not caring. Probably needing a partnership with real spa professionals...

General layout and decoration. Great staff, smiling and caring. Large pool, just in front of final hole 18, surrounded by restaurants and terraces. Various restaurants (japanese, italian, etc), all available for half board!!! Rooms with pool and golf views are best, and not overpriced... A real gem in the area! We did try at least 5 places, this is definitely our prefered 🙂👌

During this visit - the hotel did not inform us that the golf course and range would be closed for one week for maintenance. It would have been nice to know this before we arrived at the hotel with 2 sets of golf clubs!!

The poolside evening entertainment (DJ followed by a band of some sort) was VERY VERY loud... it was bad enough that we could hardly hear each other speak when at the poolside but OMG later on from our room (which had a good outlook overlooking the pool.. lovely during the day) .. at night the music so VERY LOUD even with the room terrace windows closed. I appreciate people are on holiday and some want to party (not a problem) but playing music as loud as this (and some was heavy metal/ rock music) until midnight wasn't great. Even if the music does go on until midnight .. turn it down a bit... at least so it doesn't seem like the band is playing in your room! There are others also on holiday who want a little bit of peace and quiet... This is our second visit .. thought it was a one off first time.. obviously not.

Hotel lovely. Clean. Room decent size. Quick easy check in. Pool area fabulous. Plenty of sunbeds/ umbrellas. Great food at lunchtime at poolside bar. Breakfast buffet good. Hotel staff were efficient and attentive.

No room service menu, had to ask for one. And go get it. Air con isn’t very cold. Maintenance staff were good, restaurant staff, not greet, slow.

Junior suite was nice. Huge bathroom. Our seating area was not separate from the bed. Same room. Nice balcony with sun beds. Great view.

The pool is amazing but very deep. We couldn't let our kids (5 and 8) swim alone - one of us parents was always in with them - though there is a lifeguard on duty. The service is quite slow at times - particularly the Italian restaurant seemed understaffed.

Beautiful resort and setting. Staff very warm and friendly. Pool area is really nice. Good restaurant options on site and a kids club which our 5 and 8 year olds enjoyed. Breakfast buffet is also excellent. We used the gym which we found to be fine for a.hotel gym.. The bedrooms we had were interconnecting which was ideal and the rooms are beautiful so comfortable and clean. We had gorgeous balconies overlooking the pool area. Room temperature was perfect, beds spacious and so comfy - the bathroom area was really of a high standard.

The service in the restaurants is way below par. Clearly understaffed (often 1 waitress for a whole restaurant). The amount of pressure/workload on the staff leads them to being often unfriendly and dismissive . Getting sitted can be an unpleasant experience. Not what you’d expect for a 5 star hotel. I can’t blame the personnel, but they just need to hire more of them , at least when it’s high season.

Beginning to look a little tired in places, car parking extra, overly expensive as was the cost of breakfast, didn’t bother as others had and felt not really worth it.

Excellent location as have friends on the resort, visiting for a big party weekend, pool area good and restaurants excellent.

Hotel is approx 150 rooms. It has one big swimming pool. Rooms are super big. Very clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast worth money it costs. On the territory there are two restraints. I’ve been in Italian one, it’s ok, not the best pizza I’ve ever tried. But prices are super reasonable. Pizza about 12 euro and bottle of vine is 16. Highly recommended in this region.

If you change a pool towel it is 2 euros - they also charge you 15 euros a night to park - when car park empty so just park on the road !

Magnetic key card failing I wanted a earlier check in as i needed to rest extra charge requested 20 e for 2h which as i did not stay overnight and checked out at 9pm The corridor heat on third floor was very uncomfortable walking to room

The restaurants available for evening meals were underwhelming. In particular the so-called Italian restaurant was totally lacking in authenticity. We found British golfers, especially after they had spent too long drinking; loud, obnoxious, and vulgar. We know it can be difficult, but the hotel management might like to insider ways of toning them down.

The hotel itself is well designed and well maintained. The pool area was very nice, but unfortunately it was too cold to take a dip. The breakfast service was good, as were the reception staff.

Not much to say , the only downfall is knowing where to go for food , it was very clear so I didn’t end up eating

We hoped we would be able to play golf in the off-season without golf shoes as we were travelling light however we weren't allowed which was a shame. The golf course is run separately to the hotel so sharing this feedback so others don't make the same mistake as us silly Australians!

Beautiful resort hotel which was perfect for a one night stay on our road trip through Spain. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the indoor pool.
