We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaThe shampoo/soap dispensers in the bathroom dispense just a trickle of soap and even for that you have to press very hard. The room windows that face the main street are very exposed, so if you want some privacy you'll have to keep the drapes down.
Professional and kind staff, very clean, good room facilities. Great stay!

Convenient place to spend the night close to Santander ferry. Great to have a fridge in the room. Very clean and bed was comfortable.

This hotel is very good value, immaculately clean and very well located for an overnight stay before catching the ferry in Santander or spending a holiday on the northern coast of Spain. There are shops, bars and restaurants in the resort and rugged coves and beaches which reminded us of North Devon and Cornwall, very beautiful.

My wife and I needed a simple hotel within 20 minutes drive of the ferry terminal in Santander. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. It was clean and comfortable and all the staff were very friendly. The price was reasonable too.

CanadaThis was a very pleasant surprise with how close it was to an absolutely AMAZING hike along the coast. The hotel has lots of services around it (a lot of things closing at the time of year we were there). The bed was REALLY comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we slept really well. The hike to the the cliffs/beach was only about 1km and with a 5km walk you see some of the most beautiful coastline imaginable. The checkin was very easy and they were very friendly and accomodating.
