We stayed for 4 nights with breakfast the food was good quality and with a very good selection,the hotel was very clean and when I asked for anything at reception they did their very best to accommodate my requests. The sea view from the pool area is amazing.

It is difficult to find public transportation around. You only get a taxi, and it's more expansive.

The facilities are great, excellent food and staff as well.

No place to unload the car in front of the hotel. We had to double park on a narrow street, unload, go to reception and wait for the whole check in procedure and only then get the parking pass (the parking is not far but elsewhere), than my boyfriend had to rush to properly park the car. Pretty stressful.

Beautiful room interior, great bathroom! Beaches are clean and picturesque, water is clear. Good restaurants nearby. The hotel has pool tables! Breakfast is 4/5.

The dining room is a bit noisy, no good insulation.

We had booked half board, breakfast fine, dinner a bit basic, room clean and newly remodeled. Location very good directly on the Mediterranean Sea, staff friendly and helpful. In the low season you get a lot for your money.

Staff a little slow when clearing tables at Breakfast. Availability of plates at breakfast Cleaning of rooms quite late in the day around 4.

Beautiful Hotel. Clean and impeccably decorated. Close to Beach. Quite location. Great size room and Bathroom. Shop in Lobby - really helpful staff Bus stop 5 minutes walk. Taxi's quite frequently passing by.

The lock did not work and we were forced to change rooms. They did give us a room equal to or better view. The gate to the parking lot was broken but was fixed a day later.

Breakfast is noisy and busy and the quality of the food (if its available) is okay but not great. (Carpet Floors are in bed shape and the room smells (smoke). We did ask for another fresh room, but there was no availability. So they offered to spray air freshener, no thanks. It was our second visit and the first experience about 6 years ago was much better. Maybe we are spoiled, because of that a 7.

Perfect location and nice swimming pool in idyllic Cap Salou for a fair price. Bed and Shower was good.

Dining, if you dont have an all inclusive there are limited options for good food around. Hard to get to the closest town if you dont rentva car

The view is very nice, the sea is very close and clean, the swimming pool lovely, breakfast very good (a lot of choices), the staff very helpful!!

This time I didn’t like our room,because of the bad smell in the bathroom.we asked to change the room .but the manager sent the hotel maid.she just sprayed the air freshener and poured a liquid into the drain.but it didn’t work.after four days of our stay in that bad smelling room,we decided to leave the hotel and that time we we’ve been offered another room.so three days we stayed in a perfect room.

There was a shortage of drinking water and drinks. You can place drinks vending machines on site so we don't have to go to the store or queue up at the bar to buy a small bottle of water. Drink slots are closed during lunch and dinner, which is very inconvenient. There is no boiling water, the restaurant staff offers to boil purchased mineral water in the microwave and make tea this way. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. There were also no kettles and cups in the room. A beach bar and umbrella rental would be nice!))

We liked the staff's work. They helped with advice, solved problems immediately and were always friendly! I really liked the proximity of the beach, or more precisely, two beaches, the smell of pine, a beautiful sunset in the lagoon and very tasty food! There are not many places by the pool, but this is not a problem, since the sea is three minutes away. The hotel itself is very cozy, the lobby is luxuriously decorated, and there is a spacious bar downstairs with delicious drinks. The rooms are clean, newly renovated.

My room had a great view but the cleaning isn't to standard. It's also needs updating. The air-conditioning made us ill, don't know why probably needs service. We ended up not using it.

The food was great, they always made an effort to change every dinner.
