There was an issue with a cot for baby didn't get it until our second day so one of us had to sleep on the couch and there was no washing machine as advertised

The villa next door was under construction. We were not informed about this pre booking … the first 2 days we had work men scrapping paint off walls…..a slow tedious noisy job also invading our private space…. I understand refurb works must be carried out but not without open disclosure !

Apartment needs an update ensuit shower was hopeless showers over an old bath is not really on for the premium price your paying, we're not on holiday to watch television however a few English speaking channels for news/ entertainment would have been good, there were none. We had a good stay at the apartment, all it needs is bathrooms updated and a bit of TLC to make it an unforgettable holiday.

Bins were not emptied regularly enough

Location was fantastic, right on the beach. Comfortable bed two bathrooms full size fridge and freezer full cooker/oven. And the little shower head in the front garden to wash the sand off before going into the villa was great

No iron. And couldn't get a late checkout. Had to be out by 10 am And flight was 11.45 pm. So basically walking the streets in 34 degrees for 11 hours. Also a little disappointed that quite far from main bars on the strip.

Our stay would have been better if we had one British channel on TV. It would have been better if someone had met us at the property with the key or left in a safe place. Being pensioners-it was difficult getting our case from hotel to the property.

Location great 20 yards to the beach, two sunbeds in the garden to lay on bar by the beach, strip was five minute walk, hotel to collect keys two minutes walk very helpful staff and you can use all of the hotel facilities if you wish

We couldn't lift the blind in the bedroom so got no natural light. The bathroom needs to be updated and rust spots made it look unclean but it wasn't.

Location couldn't be beaten. The cushioned bench outside was a nice extra. In spite of wear and tear it was spotless and didn't see a bug for the whole stay.

I can’t really mention anything, maybe some maintenance of the garden area and Wifi inside the house (you only have Wifi outside and near the door in the living room but it wasn’t too much of the problem for us.

The location is perfect, just a few meters from Playa Chica. It is our favorite beach in Puerto Del Carmen, and we were very happy to be able to rent this place! We were surprised how spacious this property is! Two big bedrooms and two bathrooms, great! Surprisingly very good mattresses, lovely! there is a washing machine, very handy.

we were able to look at one of the other flats, and I must say that ours looked in need of some cosmetic improvements. Decoration is looking tired. things like only one light on the cooker hood working, The fridge light not working,only one shelf in the fridge door and no filter for the coffee machine. Our water pressure in the shower was not very good and the Wi-Fi really doesn’t reach to the back bedroom.

these are clean basic apartments but the main selling point is that they are just across from the beach.They are located very near to all the restaurants and nightlife but are in a little quiet area that is not so busy. there are two bedrooms and each has a bathroom which is very handy.

Had to wait to 2:45 for the keys as the accommodation was ready at the check in time. Kitchen was small with little worktop space and no room to store food at all, apart from the fridge.
