Excellent hotel!!!!! If you’re going to grab canaria it really is the best hotel on the island!

Little bit far from restaurants, shops and beach but not a problem as plenty of taxis and fine when you have a car.

Here I have to admit that I’m not as happy as I’ve been after my last stay. I really really enjoyed that Club Maspalomas is a quiet place where you can calm down after a hard time in your job or whatever makes you need this. But this time something changed. Someone had the idea to book live musicians for breakfast time! So, instead of starting the day calm with tea and a super long breakfast or some nice chatting with others, there where guitar players and singer/songwriters for about two hours. Unfortunately I had to take breakfast in a rush and go back to the room. Too noisy. Many other guests had the same feeling not to talk about the poor staff who where eyerolling about the new concept. Same with the Aqua Gym. At least two hours later but still in morning time the offered some exercises in the pool accompanied with music and the typical yelling instructor. So, back to the room or noise canceling headphones on and patiently waiting till the torture is over. I want to ask one question - why? Who books an adults only accommodation with the focus on spa sports and silence and expects the entertainment of a Mediterranean cruise? I still try to figure out the answer to that.

This was my second holiday at the Club Maspalomas and it is still one of the best places on the island. At least for my needs. Adults only, very comfy bungalows, a nice and temperatured pool and the staff is always super friendly and on point. Lovely guests, mostly british which I find very pleasant as a German. Food and beverages are better then one might expect in a holiday resort.

It has a wonderful feel about the hotel, from the minute you arrive until the minute you leave. Staff are wonderful and everything is to the highest of standards. Food is fantastic. The pool is excellent, not too busy and it’s a wonderful place to relax. The rooms are lovely, have an outdoor seating / lounge area and you really feel you have your own space at all times. This is our second time visiting and we will be back.

Can’t think of any negatives

Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, relaxed atmosphere, lots to do, the food each day was plentiful, varied and excellent quality. Our second time here and not our last! We loved the entertainment especially the saxophone and guitar players. Very comfortable beds.

Some evening shows were a bit boring.

The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and responsive. We liked the saunas, the massage, the pools (heated, but maybe not up to the advertised degrees). Spacious room. A nice gesture from the hotel was the bottle of cava they brought me on my birthday. Most of the evening shows were nice. The paella and sangria demonstration was cool.

Our stay in Club Maspalomas had been exceptional. From our room to piscina patio and Spa area. It was fabulous! A special thanks to people who are working there for breakfast, lunch and dinner services, especially Francesca and Pablo they were really careful and nice with us. Francesca made our breakfast and dinner services several times and she was really good, efficient and attentive and detail-oriented to our requests. Pablo made our lunch and dinner a couple of times, he found us a table on a really busy night, he was a star! We'd love to come back in the next future to Club Maspalomas Suites and Spa :)

I did not like where our room was situated, we backed onto a yard where the staff emptied all of the rubbish, there was noise all day long, bottles being tipped out, noisy trollies being moved around etc. We also did not have a choice of bed configuration which I think should always be offered. The complex is lovely but you need to be careful where your room is as a lot of the rooms are on the main walkways so absolutely no privacy.

We have stayed here before. The food is very good. The staff are lovely. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated.

Clean quiet at night

Clean functional little out of centre entertainment at night good. Breakfast great . Evening meal the one night we stayed in was more expensive than advertised when booking . And more expensive on bill than quoted in Restraunt 85 euro for two excluding drinks for a very limited buffet does not compare to other facilities we have stayed in grand canaria. Value for money poor

It’s by no coincidence that Club Maspalomas Suites and Spa is a consistent award winning location across the many holiday providers year after year. It’s a fabulous facility and spotless. For Gym and Spa lovers it’s a must.

There was only one minor discomfort in the room. The bed pillows weren’t so comfortable. However, I was informed that next time I should ask for other pillows, should they be uncomfortable. Wonderful service.

Everything was perfect and amazing from the moment we arrived. We loved the breakfast buffet. We loved our junior suite. We loved the view. We loved the location and we particularly enjoyed the evening entertainment.

At check out we got an invoice for dinner and wine witch we did not buy. We dined at LoLa restaurant that night. Someone must have said the wrong room number but anyway.....we got it cleared but had bad feeling after checout. Not a big deal but maybe people should show their room number at the hotel restaurant instead of just saying it. It is deffenatly easy to make mistake.

Me and my wife liked everything about this hotel. Facilities, the quietness and the fantastic staff. Everybody made us feel like part of the family. We will deffinatly come back and we strongly reccomend this gem. Say hi to Otto the cat.
