Needs maintenance. Plaster falling off walls. Some of the power points nearly pull out of the wall when you unplug. No basic stuff in the property like salt. No heated bathroom towel rail.

It was really quite tight to drive the car up to the apartment through the streets of old town. No good for a big car. You can only enter old town in a car a total of 3 times so a little restricted if you want to use your car.

Fabulous proximity to old town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities were good. Nice to have secure car park in the garage.

The spiral staircase was a bit tricky for an older couple to get our suitcases up to the bedroom.

The place is a little tired, just decoration and a little sprucing up required. Otherwise it was a quiet stay in a great location with a responsive house manager.

Great location and friendly welcome. Very responsive managing agent. Garage parking was useful. The apartment instructions should say how tight it is to drive the streets nearby, anything larger than a medium sized car would not get through the tiny narrow gaps. This was buried in the reviews and description but could have been made a little clearer.....just have good insurance! Also be careful around any festivities as the roads leading to the apartment can be closed by the police so you may have to park somewhere else if this happens. Easter and the festivals in November you should check for sure.

Everything was great!! If I could give a tiny suggestion for improvement: between the top of the stairs and the living room / kitchen a door or curtain would help a lot for the cold air to come up in the 1st floor. In the summer it is probably great but in winter it was difficult to warm the place. But it is just a small thing, we really loved it and hope to come back again :-)

Everything was perfect, we really loved the apartment in the middle of old town. A luxury to have a garage for the car and bikes! Everything was really uncomplicated and the contact with the Bravissimo-Team was very friendly and helpful.

Not much we did not like and having the garage to park the car and bikes was a plus but the access to the property by car is via some narrow pinch points. A medium to small size car should be fine. I drove a small suv and left with some paint damage!! My fault entirely

The shower was extremely small and it could really use a small shelf - there was no where to put any soap, shampoo, etc.

Everyone in Bravissimo was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and I appreciated the inclusion of a cleaning kit (dish soap, sponge), and two laundry pods. Excellent location and very quiet.

Nothing we loved the place and recommend it and return again if we go to Girona

Location was great. Everything worked great. We had a problem with the water temperature, but that was fixed really quickly and was only because it was a new system set too low. The Bravissimo people were super quick to fix it. We had a few other questions, again they were super quick to reply and help us it was fantastic.

Leave the car out of the old town and walk to the apartment. Safes a lot of stress. Streets are narrow and its quite difficult to drive there.

The heating wasn't efficient enough for a cold week in January. Perhaps a curtain at the top of the stairs from the garage.

Every single sound seemed to be amplified in apartment.

Small apartment in the old part of Girona (with parking!). Perfect location for visits to city centre. Access via car was 'interesting' but we knew this before booking. Roads very narrow and garage was challenging to get into but we managed absolutely fine in Honda CRV but parking was such a bonus and host was very helpful regarding road access due to current road closure in Plaça de Catalunya. Apartment had everything we needed and so convenient for regular little trips into beautiful Girona.

I wished the staff person who met us there and brought the key, took the time to explain where things were located. It took a few days to find the W/D. It would have been nice to have known that right away. Plus where the toaster was, how to work an oven/stove with induction. While I thought it would be fun to have a circular staircase, it was so tight a space, I worried about falling going down. Plus suitcases had to be kept in living room and clothes were brought upstairs to get dressed each day. There.was no way to schlep a suitcase up circular staircase.
